I stay in DoubleTree hotels across the UK because I know what standard to expect I stay at this one quite regularly Everything is good except one thing, there is a local man who regularly drinks in the bar, he knows all the staff, is very loud. He sat next to me and I was trying to work/have a quiet drink but he was so loud and disruptive. He's been there every time I have stayed. It got very close to me saying something, but then he left. I suggest something is done about this as it's affecting hotel guests

Absolutely everything was more than satisfactory only one small issue, the sofa bed. It was quite uncomfortable. The bed itself was very comfy. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was delicious.

Musty odor, bathroom not clean, no modern charging accessories

The room ventilation didn't work, so it was airless and like a sauna. They said they had no other rooms, so we barely slept. They gave us free breakfast as an apology, but I would have preferred a night's sleep. For what they charge, they could afford a maintenance check on the room before letting it out. Very disappointed.

Great hotel in a convenient location within Nottingham, not far from City Centre. Close to the M1, was really easy to find. Free parking was a massive plus, with loads of bays both at the front and back of the hotel. Check in was very straightforward and was also offered an Digital Keycard to access my room from the Hilton App. The room was very clean and tidy with sufficient amenities. Only criticism here is, it would have been nice to have some free bottled water in the room on arrival. Housekeeping was really on top of it and kept our room pristine during our stay, replacing bedding and towels etc. Would definitely stay here again.

I stay at this hotel all the time, I love the service and decor. On this trip however the room bathroom was below standard with loose grout around the shower floor tiles which I cut my foot on.

Good modern hotel with all the amenities I needed. Paid for breakfast which is a little expensive but selection is good. Was nice to have access to an outdoor area with small lake and geese.

I am a Nottm local and booked a three night solo stay to unwind and recharge after a stressful few months. My room size, decor and the facilities were great incl the fridge in the room as I needed this to keep some medication. Shower was amazing, along with the attention to details re small amenities in the room to make my stay more comfortable. My mattress was too firm for me but the manager/house keeping team provided a soft topper once I mentioned this and this made my sleep much better. From the delicious cookie at arrival, lovely breakfast, great bar/restaurant, friendly and helpful staff to the excellent gym I had a brilliant stay!! Would highly recommend staying here for any purpose.

Booked two rooms and air conditioners in both were set to only work for 1 to two minutes at a time. Rooms smelt, hot and stuffy, windows old annd only open a crack but heavy car traffic outside anyways and grounds poorly kept.

Staff were great. Room was all as expected. Breakfast room was hotter than the sauna!

Didn’t like the room location parking can’t say anything good about it. Won’t stay again..
