Room was cold, bed sheets look dirty, asked for slippers was told to go to Walmart, carpets looked dirty, the worst Marriott I have ever stayed in by far.

Rooms were nice and big. Accommodated my family well.

Cleanliness

Room wasn't anything special. The door lock broke and we were stuck in the hallway for 35 to 40 mins waiting for maintenance to fish a line under the door to unlock. Was after 9 and had little kids so didn't wanna switch rooms but couldn't leave room because key pad didn't work

All staff members where kind and professional. The room was clean and spacious.

We received a room upgrade with a balcony which was very nice. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Construction at the main doors was a bit annoying to unload the car but that will clear up shortly I’m sure.

Smell of weed and tobacco were very strong on our floor Hockey team parents were very loud and the kids were running through the hallway
