Starting with the positives:
The location was really good. The people were very kind and helpful with suggestions. The room size was decent. The morning breakfast was good as well.
Now the not-so-positives:
There is no elevator access for the ground floor. So, at the end of a long day when you’ve logged in 20k steps already, climbing a couple dozen more steps hurts more than it would otherwise.
Also, we were there in the middle of the heat wave so even though they had AC in the rooms, they controlled the temperature and the fan speed of the AC. On request, the reduced the temp a bit for our room (but the fan speed was still at 1). That was definitely not enough. So, every night we were there, I woke up sweating in the middle of the night.
If you are not visiting during the hot months (we were there last week of May), lack of powerful AC will be a non issue.
