Overall, a comfortable 1 night stay. Heavy construction on the road that the facility is on so a bit dusty.

Hotel a little run down definitely doesn’t look like the picture the have in website

The floor in front of my room is dirty with some debris. The room had animal smell even though it’s been clean because I was very sensitive to this kind of smell.

Every thing was fine

Crazy people around hotel, uncooperative staff room stinks, i slept-in my car, as the room has very bad smell, i asked attendant, who refused worse experience of my life you should expel this hate from your database, i will never make any reservation, my family and friends from expedia

Looks like building and rooms could use a little TLC and updating. The tile in our bathroom floor was broken and room had a weird smell. The mattresses could also use an upgrade.

Nice room, quiet, good location with many restaurants close by, breakfast was very good

Room had a somewhat unpleasant smell like not sanitized or deodorized. Could be because of hotter weather as i'm visiting from cooler Pacific Northwest. But overall a pleasant stay.

My stay was great

It worked very well for us, since it was quite close to relatives and friends we were visiting in Henderson, NV.

We were looking for a quiet place to stay in our visit to Vegas, we did not wanted to stay on the strip. We loved the Henderson area where the hotel is located. The hotel is nice the staff is really really nice very supportive, excellent customer service. The breakfast is good with enough options to have a nice meal in the morning. The only little thing is that they didn´t do the beds in all our stay so that´s was uncomfortable for us as when you arrive tired from all the sightseen of the day and the adventures we arrived to the bedroom to find out the beds were still messy, and for us that is an important thing, but other than that everything great.

Process of moving

The staff is always so kind and helpful. We have stayed here several times and they seriously are very friendly and find solutions to any problem. I once forgot some cash, and it wasn’t a small amount, and they held it for me until I went to pick it up. They were so friendly and willing to assist, it gave me so much peace of mind that my money was safe. It was like leaving it at a friend’s house. Thank you to the staff that helped me!

Staff was Very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing.

The hotel was very run down, beds were very uncomfortable, rust in the bathtub. The room also smelled very bad.

A lot of homeless around the property.

Onsite staff asssited me with a work printer request....documents were ready as soon as i requested assistance...

This property isn’t terrible, it’s just in an undesirable area, not a bad neighborhood, just could be better, especially for $300 plus dollars for 2 night..Hotel was clean.. My biggest issue, while getting coffee to take to me room, one of the employees told me, rather stearnly was to take the smal creamers not the little bottle, as there not for coffee..To which I said, I took it so I could have multiple cups of coffee in my room & not have all those little creamers, ultimately I told her at $185.00 a night I’m taking that 4oz bottle & have more then paid for it as a guest, rude..

Room was small, and several amenities were not convenient.
