Great hotel

Very good 😊

Excellent customer service, very corteous and professional staff. The only con is that you can hear every sound made in rooms and aisles, would be a perfect place with sound proofing.

Clean property and comfortable beds. The only problem was with the TV, but they fixed it right away. Would definitely stay there again.

Good hotel overall and it serves its purpose.The front desk staff needs some training in hospitality as they are abrasive, dry and do not foster an inviting atmosphere!

Okay, the room was dingy, walls needed washed down or repainted. The vents in the bathroom caked in thick dust, didn’t even want to consider sitting on the couch in our room, or the desk chair. The bathroom was clean and bedding was good. Just needs a good overall cleaning, light switches were dirty.. etc

Good hotel w/very good shopping and dining options.

A lot of trash on the outside of the building. Blood on the floor of the bathroom and the floor boards in the room above sounded like a construction crew as the occupants walked around above.

My experience at this property was not the greatest. There were dead bugs on the window ledge. My TV didn’t work for two nights. My room key stopped working a couple times, the man in the front desk was very rude and told me it was my fault because I had it next to my phone, which was not true because it was in my car the whole day. Everything in the room is pretty outdated and I had to constantly ask for shampoo and conditioner since they provide you with tiny little bottles. Also don’t let this property fool you. It’s not close to downtown Chicago.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Lobby and eating area exceptionally clean. Rooms clean. No odd smells at all in the hotel. Front desk very nice and the housekeeping did a fabulous job keeping the rooms and hotel clean.
