Functional hotel, large rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff and great location

Very close to castle , nice place , Good breakfast

Cute historical place. Out side it’s only stairs very difficult to get checked in with baggage, not suitable for elderly or wheelchair. Staff was friendly.

Nice hotel, clean with a walking distance to chateau Versailles. We could see it from our window. The only down thing was a hotel breakfast. It was a really poor quality. Nowhere in the world I ate cold pancakes. Breakfast area is mostly empty, they could really improve the quality for the price of 20e per person.

Exceptional service! Loved our trip, and highly recommend this place. Staff was superb. Only thing rooms could be a little bigger and breakfast needs to be changed up. We ate the same thing 6 days.

Très bel emplacement , jolie entrée, personnel aimable, chambre pour 4, lit principal au top très confortable, et jolie tête de lit, les 2 autres personnes dans un canapé ,lit au confort moyen , très calme vue sur cour intérieure constituée de logements privatifs, un peu de poussière dans les angles, la moquette de la chambre est passée aux couleurs hideuses, le petit déjeuner est très correct, les produits bons.

This is the third time we have stayed here. Great location and hotel.

The perfume spray in the room was unbearable. It was so strong that it gave us headaches and made it hard to rest. The staff were nice but the experience was terrible.

The family room was spacious enough where the sofa bed for our kids was on the other end of the room. The bathroom was clean and I loved the small little thoughtful gifts. The breakfast buffet was really good and you can’t beat the proximity to Palace of Versailles. There was a parking garage but the surrounding streets had plenty of street parking with a meter machine. There’s a small public playground across the street and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The artwork on the walls was beautiful.

Excellent hotel

I liked the room, staff, breakfast and location

This property was literally 5 minutes walk from the gate of Chateau de Versailles. We could not have asked for a better location for our trip to Versailles.

Lovely

The Good: -------------- Location --- Palace of Versailles is 10-mins walking distance to the main gate. The main Markets of Versailles are 15-20 mins walk. Staff --- In general, friendly & helpful. On check-in, they asked if I needed help with my bags. Nice touch. Bed -- Comfortable. The Bad: ------------ Parking --- On-site, underground & gated. *Very* small entry/exit. This is not unique to this particular hotel. Many city-based hotels in France have car parks designed for Fiesta / Clio sized cars. If you have anything on your roof-rack (bikes, etc.), you are in trouble. The Room --- An electrical noise / humming, (elevator motor?) noise coming from *somewhere*. We rang reception & they said it was too late at night to get a new room. They said to raise it with the staff in the morning. That was very unhelpful. We didn't sleep well. Air Conditioning --- "Centrally" controlled from their reception. You have a panel in your room for turning it on/off, but you can't set the temperature lower than their pre-set, which was too hot for us. If you like a "cold" room (16-18 C, 60-64 F) you will struggle. This is not unique to this hotel. Many hotels in France do not have "real" Air Conditioning, (in the American sense, where you have full control). Cleanliness --- Bathroom had not been fully cleaned. Poor attention to detail. Phone --- It had been left unplugged. Electrical wall plug panel had fallen off, leaving exposed wires when I tried to plug it in.

Great place next to the palace

Lovely hotel but a little dark in the hallways. Also no AC made it uncomfortable during the heatwave
