Morning front desk lady was route when I called about my room not being cleaned. I also ask about new towels and she told me no.

We only had an overnight stay due to a very early flight. Airport shuttle was great.

To much sound from doors. Doors aren't very sound proof.

They advertise airport shuttle every 30 minutes. It never came after waiting more than an hour. Spent 30 dollars on 3 minute taxi ride. I had tried calling number listed on board and it was answer machine for Ramada shuttle - said to leave message but voicemail full. Told guy at desk and he said he just came on shift so not his problem

The staff were very nice. However they don’t offer complimentary breakfast, you have to pay for it in the restaurant, so the website description needs to be changed. Nice hotel.

Clean inexpensive one night stay with excellent airport shuttle service.

Terrible customer service, not a smoke free hotel as advertised.

Room was nice and everything flowed easily

Just needed a place to sleep close to the airport. Served its purpose but nothing fancy.

Hallways constantly smelt like weed. People were partying next door. Bed sheets had stains on it. Bathroom has cracks on walls. Customer service was not inviting. Heard a customer call front desk stating their toilet doesn’t work, front desk should have immediately offered them another room. She just gave them attitude over the phone like she can’t do anything about it and they’re out of luck til the next day. They didn’t greet me when I first got there. It felt like I was bothering them to check in.

I walked into my room with a worker chilling watching tv with her daughter and husband on the phone with her and when I arrived the person at front desk Indian looking dude not to be rude gave attitude and said “do not reck the room”

Not bad for the price and convenience

We stayed one night, we also arrived late night(after midnight) and they accommodated us with this issues. The hotel was quiet, clean and staff courteous.

No restaurants around except dennys at night

Front desk staff rude as she ignored guests while eating and talking at the desk with a friend and had food all over the table. No room service or maid service ever cleaned or took out trash. Fitness center is only 3 machines which none worked/had power. Using pull up bar goes right into the ceiling tiles.

I have stayed here before.

Convenient location to friends I was visiting. Easy access and parking. Spacious, clean, well-furnished room.
