So lovely.

We've been coming to White Oaks for nearly two decades, and are never dissatisfied. The staff are warm, welcoming, friendly, and remarkably helpful. Even when we visit Niagara Falls, we'd rather drive back here since our experiences have been wonderful. The gym and fitness facilities are extraordinary, and having the shopping right across the road is fantastic, especially with the food court right at the entrance. The spa services are exemplary as well. This is a great getaway!

This hotel and spa is really a step above. The staff are excelkent and really make you feel welcome. The room was spotless and well appointed with a Nespresso machine, high thread count sheets and little extras. The restaurents are amazing.

Quick checkin, room ready & clean, beds were comfortable and enjoyed the amenities. Location close to outlets shopping.

White Oaks Resort and Spa is a top quality hotel. The staff greets you at the door and they are very welcoming. The room is spotless. Love the bedding and the comfortable beds. Also love the white robes for our use. The washroom is spotless and the products are a nice touch. I love that there is a safe and a fridge we can use. The restaurants are great, especially Liv for breakfast and the spa is wonderful. This is the first time we visited the gym. There are actually 3 rooms you can use. Having the outlets across the street makes it a great location to stay at. The swimming pool area could definitely use an update, but otherwise a great place to stay.
