bsolutely fantastic hotel, located close to multiple metro/train stations as well as being within walking distance to the attractions. I was visiting Vienna for the Christmas markets and this was the perfect hotel to stay. My absolute favourite thing was the buffet breakfast, I have never stayed in a hotel with a breakfast as good as Austria Classic Hotel Wein, honestly amazing. If you are looking for a great hotel in Vienna this is it, I hope to return here soon

Not only the room, but anywhere you look around, its cleanness was exceptional. The free breakfast was varied, very tasty, and suitable for all kinds of guests. The staff - namely Anna, Laura, and Sammy - were highly professional, attentive, and always with a smile. You couldn't ask for more. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

All the places at the hotel were sparkling clean. The staff was superb: Anna, Laura, and Sammy walked the extra mile to make my smooth and pleasant. The free breakfast was amply varied, tasty, and fresh.

Great breakfast

We enjoyed staying in this wonderful classic hotel for two nights. The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and families. A short 5 minutes walk to the train station and subway.

From beginning to end our 9 days at this Hotel were wonderful. It is conveniently located, we were able to master the "U" (underground rail) and get to any sight in the city. The hotel was remarkably clean, the staff in all stations were friendly,helpful and knowledgeable. The included breakfast was the best we have encountered in 8 yrs. of European travel. After a day of sight-seeing there are several restaurants within walking distance to be enjoyed, with a variety of different cuisines. The "famous" Max Steiner barroom in the hotel is an added treat. We will be back!

Breakfast choices were reasonable. The staff were nice but the hinges on the cupboard had broken and we couldn’t closed the door and it was not fixed.

Small, somewhat clean room, good breakfast. Make sure you have your booking confirmation with you, reception staff said room was only booked but not paid. Had to show them proof that all was paid. Stayed here a few years ago because staff were so friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, This is no longer the case.

Classic hotel but staff unfriendly

This hotel is fantastic, it is very elegant and clean, has a good history within the city, is located close to the hub for train, underground, tram and bus and also the park with the famou big wheel. There are plenty of eateries within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and the breakfast area was clean at all times. Could not fault the hotel and would recommend to everyone

A comfortable hotel in a convenient location for our purposes. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Our breakfast was included as part of the package and there was a good selection of foods on offer.
