Great staff, great location.

Great location with access to private beach. Make sure you reserve your spot at the beach.

I chose this hotel because the location is very good, near the Boulevard de la Croisette, the beach, luxury and "regular" shopping, and restaurants. Parking is convenient downstairs for 29 euro per day. As to the hotel itself, I found it to be okay, dated room and furnishings, A/C not that cool, small room, basically US 3 1/2 stars. Service is okay but uneven and not particularly warm. On the other hand, our porter was fabulous and took our luggage (lots) all the way down to underground parking level -3. I gave him a large tip!

It was our third year vacationing in this hotel. We loved this hotel last two years. This year we discovered that as soon as you try to put your own bottle of water in refrigerator, bottles that are for sale, move and automatically changed to your credit card. So, in this heat, you can’t have cold water, unless you pay for it. Last two years we didn’t pay for snacks that were on the table, this year we were not informed that we have to pay for them. Will not go to this hotel anymore and wouldn’t recommend it to my friends.

Perfect location! Excellent staff

We loved our stay at le Gray D’Albion. Our room was clean and quiet, the pillows were superb and the staff from our welcome to our exit were kind, friendly, and helpful. We made an excellent choice staying here and hope to return very soon!

When I booked the property it said it was on the beach and it wasn't. Also not having a pool was disappointing

Excellent experience. They went above and beyond our expectations.

This hotel is in a good location, but furniture in the room needed replacing and bathroom dark not helped by a light bulb being out and had a bad smell the first day and night. The receptionist who showed us to the room did not know anything about the room facilities. We where not informed prior to arriving that you had to pre-book beds on the beach and initially told there were none available until they realised we had book lunch there!! Would not recommend.

Great location and value for money , rooms spacious

I feel like there needs to be better communication within the staff within the hotel itself. When I checked in, someone’s stuff was already in my room, and they just assumed that they belonged with me, even though I stated there was only one person which was myself for the room. They still kept asking and almost put myself in the room with the other person stuff. I felt like it was obviously not very well organized. Not sure how within a hotel they can’t confirm that and just assume I’m staying with someone else and allowed someone to be in my room and I confirm three or four times that I did not know the name of the person and I was staying by myself.

Hotel Barrière Le Gray d'Albion is a fantastic upscale hotel situated in a perfect location within 5 minutes of the Cannes train station AND le Croisette beach. The room and bathroom was very clean and modern. The staff were very helpful especially the concierge (sorry I did not get his name) who gave us very useful information about what to do in Cannes and even beach towels to use on our visit to the public beach. It was a pretty pricey hotel, maybe partly due to the film festival going on but worth splurging for a special occasion.

Clean Room, with a great space including the balcony. Amenities were amazing in both the room and property. Staff was extremely helpful and attentive, housekeeping was consistent and thorough. Location was incredibly convenient.

Great hotel, good location. Bedroom beautiful.Very clean. Breakfasts superb. Also food at their restaurant- Madamosielle Gray d’Albion on the beach excellent.

Hotel staff focused on making your stay perfect

Breakfast was delicious, location is close to all attractions plus shopping and eats. Train station is a 5 minute walk. Perfect location and price is ideal. Strongly recommended.
