Excellent location. Friendly staff and very helpful; bar staff were great with us! The free upgrade was a nice touch too.

Nice place for business rest travelling cross country. Efficient and friendly. Breakfast a bit expensive.

Property was great. It was clean, staff was friendly, and it was convenient to the old part of Salamanca. The only drawback was that the area around the hotel was rather industrial.

The evening restaurant staff need more training. The wine came to the table opened. Food was not great. Breakfast staff was very good and breakfast was. Dont think we will stay again

We stayed here on the way to Northern Spain. We wanted to visit Salamanca and have an easy place to stay. Parking was great and easy to get into the city. Salamanca is so beautiful. The hotel served a purpose for us. It was quite tired looking and we are not used to the smell of smoke inside. However, it was a comfortable nights sleep.

The stay was OK, but every time I had to enter my room I was forced to go to the recepcion and ask the front desk for a new keycard. The key lock was difficult to handle, and there were 2 weddings happening on the 2 nights we stayed there. It limited the offers from the staff (waiter) and we had to wait some time to get noticed. The room was clean, but very small for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids).

You need to have a car, hotel is easy to get to, well organized and clean… good value for money. Didn’t have breakfast.

We thought the location was great for us as we were travelling through. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. But we were told on checking in that breakfast was included. We checked because we knew our rate was room only. We were told by Cristiano that it was complimentary. However when we checked out we were told we had to pay. Left a nasty taste in the mouth after a lovely stay.

Very clean and comfy bed.

Reception staff friendly and helpful despite a very late arrival. Upgraded room given to us. Room good size, very clean and well equipped. Bathroom excellent. Breakfast very good, plentiful and varied.

Easy parking, though a charged is levied if parking under the hotel in garage, but about spaces outside hotel. Excellent evening meal, plus superb breakfast. Perfect for transit stay. 5 minute drive into the centre of Salamanca

Pleasant staff, clean hotel in great location, hotel parking was great. I was surprised with cakes from staff for my birthday! Would definitely recommend & visit again

I can barely fault this hotel, ! Immauculate inside, tasteful yet simple rooms, friendly staff and reasonably priced. Located a little out of city but if your looking for value for money this is definitely the one. Thank you for a great stay.
