Will not be staying here again

The facility was great! the lobby was always clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast were delicious.

I’m very disappointed with this booking. I was charged a $50 pet fee at the Hampton Inn Chicopee/Springfield, which was not disclosed anywhere on Expedia during the booking process. Had I known about this hidden cost, I would have chosen a different property or booked through Airbnb. This lack of transparency is unacceptable, and I’m requesting a refund for the pet fee. Expedia should clearly list all extra charges upfront.

Great place! Comfy beds nice pool, and a REAL breakfast, not just bagels and tiny boxes of cereal! Very accommodating staff. I would stay there again

Parking spaces very tight for those of us with pickups.

I like that it’s near shopping and restaurants.

The hotel was super clean, the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. We overslept a bit on the morning of checkout and they had no problems with us extending our checkout time. Even the coffee was tasty! What more can you ask for? :)

There was a party going on in the next room, we finally asked to be moved and that happened at 1 am - so we didn't sleep very well.

The hotel was clean and service staff excellent. Breakfast was delicious and more than adequate. The bed was a bit too high for seniors to climb into easily

Pick this hotel! Don't second guess. Luis, manager, greeted us with a smile and accommodated all needs. Every staff member makes eye contact and smiles and adds "How are you doing today?" The beds feel like a cloud. The shower has perfect pressure and temp. Free breakfast starts the day off on the right foot (don't sleep through it like we did day 1). Quiet, sunny room that is perfect if you need to work while a guest. To all pet owners, our cat Bailey gives it 5 paws up!

Gross material in toilet (unflushed)and heat on high when entered hotel room on a 80 degree day.

I was only there for one night but it it was a very pleasant stay and the breakfast was wonderful.

Quick local stay. Clean and comfortable.
