Unit was spotless, bed was quite comfortable, pool area was clean

Rooms super clean and confortable

Doing construction work every morning. Very loud. But in saying that we had a great time. The pool was wonderful, great music and really good food. The condo needed updating but view was wonderful. Bed was comfy.

We love that it was nice and clean and comfortable. We recommend!!

Everything was perfect

Quiet and has a private beach. And has a cafe for a quick bite on premises.

The cleaning service left some trash on the end table. No water pressure

The hotel / suite itself was nice. The concept of checking in a completely different location was frustrating. We had a dinner reservation and I walked into the check-in office just after a group of 12 rather drunk individuals which was not ideal. Accommodation itself was great facilities wise, had everything we needed for our family. The downside however, was the cleanliness. Within an hour of walking around barefoot, my feet were black. I will attach a photo. I was also rather disgusted when we folded out the sofa bed and found a lot of food, hairs and even a whole goldfish snack on the underside. Clearly from where the previous people had been eating on the sofa. Ideally this needs to be cleaned and prepped for the next visitors as they may want to use it as a sofa bed - as we did. Some kind of safety lock on the patio door high up would be desired as it's a very easy catch for a young child such as my son who is three to open. He could also fit his head very easily through the railings and there was a large gap down to the side of our patio railing that I am sure he would have been able to squeeze out of had he wanted to. Overall a good stay but could be improved dramatically by a deeper clean between guests and a safety catch on the patio door.

The condo was spacious and beautiful! We loved seeing the sunrise over the ocean every morning from the dining room window. There were a few things that could have been cleaner, but nothing that was critical. The beach is not as easily accessible as website made it seem. It took us a bit to figure it where it was, how to get there and it was a lm bit of a lengthy walk. Definitely not walk out your door to a beach. There's lots of restaurants, shopping and recreational activities to do very near. We would definitely stay here again if visiting The Keys!

Huge gamble to book here, check in procedures are inconvenient, borderline unsafe. For late checkin, you have to go into a condo onsite in one of the buildings which have names on them, but you are given a building number to navigate the property at night. I did not feel comfortable finding & going in to a unit late at night. Day time check in is a few miles off site. You will be assigned a privately owned condo & some of them should not be rented. They do not match the description & examples given online. Our condo was in complete disrepair - broken furniture, broken light switches & outlets, moldy lamp shades, broken blinds on the master window out to the hall, no bedskirts with filthy box springs, incredibly outdated furniture, a disgusting old mattress, dirty walls, & peeling kitchen cabinets. I wish I would have taken better pictures, but we just wanted to get out in the morning. We were moved to another unit the next day after the office opened late (10am) & a lengthy discussion because they wanted to do nothing about it. We had a two night stay, so not having a decent unit to use for the whole day we were there messed up our plans. When we got home from our trip, it took many many calls from hotels.com to get $150 back for the $390 were were charged for the first night. They were unwilling to do anything & finally gave us that amount back after much pressure from hotels.com customer service. The pool/ grounds are nice, but not worth the condition of the condo.

Food on site was not very good.

Very nice, well kept property. Very nice pool and private beach. Room walls were a bit thin, you could clearly hear neighbors dragging things or stomping around rooms. Shower plumbing could use a little help.

The condo was spacious compared with other hotel room options in the area. The pool was warm and they have a concession stand with snack and drinks, including cocktails. There is a restaurant on property but we didn’t get it. The beach area is small but you can actually walk in to the water. Which can be hard to find around the Keys. The balcony was pretty cramped with both my husband and me out there, but the ocean view was great. The property was quiet and secure with a gate and security.

The resort has many amenities to offer, Marina, restaurant onsite, dock and a cute little beach area, more for sunbathing than to enjoy the sea. The pool opens until 11 pm, which is convenient during the hot summer months. The check in process went smoothly. The property is secure and the views are amazing. The apartment we stayed in 3308 was spacious and tastefully decorated. I would have given them a 5 stars if it would not have been so dirty. The tiles were sticky dirty and you can tell the carpet hasn’t been deep cleaned for a while
