Quiet, comfortable- really well-equipped.

Our Family always enjoy our Stays at the Hyatt Mountain Lodge. The staff is great, they are friendly, attentive and responsive. If anything needs to be adressed it is done right away. Thank you to all of the staff over the years for making our stays comfortable and for your excellent service.

Located in a beautiful setting, it is very much like a lodge: cozy and warm. I stayed overnight during the “off-season“ so there were not many people here. I was OK with that. But, because it was off-season, only one elevator to the rooms was operating, which meant walking a great distance through the lodge from the parking elevator to the room elevator, and walking a great distance to the room once I reached my floor. I walked past a couple of elevators that were not in service, and couldn’t understand why one of those wouldn’t have been better to keep in service. The room has no air conditioning (I guess it is a lodge, after all). A box fan had been provided, so slept with the window open. Not a bad thing, but the fan was extremely loud. The pilot light in the fireplace was big enough to keep heat radiating from the unit which made keeping the room at a comfortable temperature challenging. I imagine during the winter this would be a wonderful place to stay. I can’t imagine what it would be like in the summer and wouldn’t want to stay here in the off-season again, especially at a high rate for just one night to struggle with climate control in what otherwise was a very nice room.

Everything was PERFECT!!!

We loved it here! We were really bummed the village was closed for off season. We wanted to walk and shop and eat but we missed the cut off season to do so. We will have to come back.

Beautiful property just steps away from lifts at Beaver Creek ski resort. Right in the center of the village and convenient to everything. Rooms are big and well thought out for a ski holiday. Staff was extra friendly and knowledgeable. Complimentary continental Breakfast was good, too.

Great place to stay for Birds of Prey skiing championship. Walking dustance to the Village is a big plus. Great Hyatt experience like usual.

For the initial 36 hours, we didn’t have hot water to take a shower, then it was “partially” fixed, and the water was “warmer” but not as expected one. Staff politely communicated that they had issues with a pump. Pool was colder than expected as well, and heater turned off during the day. Elevator ( garage to main floor) was broken 2 times in 4 days. Check-in was pretty bad. As I arrived late , they left the welcome package in the front gate (3 miles away). No email was sent with this information , one of their staff members saw us , and helped us.

Lovely, well situated in Beaver creek. This being a ski property, I can’t understand why there aren’t more hooks to hang soggy clothes.

The property was outstanding, elegant, greatly appointed and the customer service outstanding!! Felt traditionally luxurious and would definitely stay again!

Easy after hours check in, safe parking, clean room with very comfortable bed. Greeted with cookies in room and enjoyed my jetted tub. Overlooked the pool area, looked very clean- too chilly to venture out there. Front desk staff pleasant and friendly. Will definitely stay there again next year for conference.

This is a very good place and staff and service. The staff were Derek and Josh and their service has been excellent. They were very friendly, attentive, very informational about Beaver Creek and the property itself. This is definitely my favorite place anytime I come to Beaver Creek. I have been staying here around 3 times now.
