Very nice atmosphere Nice night shows Well maintained property

The room was clean and has a beautiful ocean view. The staff was amazing and the food was really good with an extensive variety of dishes for all tastes, this is a family friendly property but has an adult pool. The beach is beautiful and clean, you can even see fish if you walk a little bit. Over all my husband and I really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back with the family.

Only two options for breakfast and lunch buffet. All the other ones you have to make a reservation. The room had amazing views and the staff is very friendly

We took a couple excursion out of the hotel paid at the hotel we went to the cascades waterfall we had to pay more fees they didn't tell us about. Service was great except our last day we went to the Tortuga buffet they ignored us the whole time we were there. They serve the drinks went and got my own drinks when we got up to leave one server asked us do you need anything else. I just looked at him and said you should ask me that when I was eating

The Barcelo Huatulco is the perfect size. Not too big, not too small. The specialty restaurants are very nice. The buffet restaurants are excellent as well with a wide variety of foods. You will always be able to find something that you like. The salad selections have improved considerably in the buffets. What makes the Barcelo so special are the people. Everyone does their job really well but they have so many people who go above and beyond and make it a truly special place to come back to again and again. This was our fourth time there. Special shout outs to Alvaro, Gloria, Edgar, Fernando, Carlos, Pancho, Cesar, Carolina, Nancy, Victor, Karla, & Adelina who treated us so well.

The hotel was great. The room was cleaned daily. The staff was caring and kind.

Staff were amazing. My husband had a medical emergency and the staff were so kind and attentive! I believe the manager and the lifeguard that attended his side after he had a seizure were so incredibly helpful.

Would like to have the pottery paint people once a week or so.

Food is excellent. Service was very friendly and attentive. Would definitely come back. Only thing I wasn't happy with was check out is at noon and they cut your wrist band off and don't get access for lunch. If you want to go eat before transportion arrives you have to pay for the buffet

This is a smaller resort, but nice. We went the week after Easter, so it was quite busy for the first part, but died down the last couple of days. There were two buffets for breakfast, but we only went to one of them. There were three al a cartes, and we only made it to two, but they were both very good. The beach was beautiful!

The wifi was amazing, people were fantastic, everything was clean. I wish there was more space around the pool and that the food and alcohol was higher quality. It was a great vacation, I love Huatulco;)

Internet works well, need more equipment in gym, food was great except for one horrible meal at La Fontana called Ossobuco and the male server forgot to bring my husband's soup. Room was clean and decent. Beach was unaccessible most days as waves were rough and dangerous.

Resort was excellent but with a small resort I would rate the food options as limited. And the entertainment is 95% Spanish.

Good food. With a mix of traditional Mexican and North American food. The staff is super friendly and the entertainment very good.
