It was

Le Méridien by the Galleria is our favorite hotels. It's in a great location by the turnpike and the mall. It's like Dallas's best kept secret. It's a four-star experience in a three-star hotel. It's clean, swanky, and it smells good. That last part is important, because most hotels have an odor. The staff was friendly, and the room was beautifully modern. We enjoyed ordering from the bar and really enjoyed the bartender who we considered to be "super chill." We will definitely return. Even though this was our third stay, I would like to visit this hotel at least once a year. Thank you so much for making it a wonderful experience for me and my wife!!!

Elevator was not working properly and had to demand they fix it because they didn’t believe me as 2 other guests were stuck in elevator. Hostess at front desk was not very polite.

The room was spacious & the furniture felt boutique.

Great room layout for business travel with high top desk for virtual calls. Since the table is room center, your bed doesn't need to be in the background.

I used to enjoy staying at this property but I doubt I’ll be staying there again. It’s a shame. The Le Meridian used to be my go to property in N Dallas because it was a nice facility with easy access to both 635 and the N. Dallas Tollway. Unfortunately the property seems to be falling into disrepair. On a recent stay we observed water flowing out of a wall vent in the lobby and had brown water back up into the sink and all over the bathroom floor and soaking the carpet in our room. We complained and moved rooms only to have our keys fail because the battery on the door lock had to be replaced. It didn’t look like the area around the hotel entry had been cleaned in a while based on the trash and broken glass found. The manager did offer us a drink for our trouble. Hopefully they’ll turn things around and give the property an update.

Great staff clean rooms great for a family stay!

This hotel is (as the young kids say) a vibe! My wife and I stayed her for a weekend staycation and had a great time. The breakfast was great.

Booked their premium suite for the long weekend. Great room! Clean and quiet. People at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is amazing

Could not make it

Stayed here in December and May, property very close to mall entrance.

Hotel was nice. However, the handicap doors did not work. My husband is disabled and had difficulty getting in and out of the hotel.

I had an amazing time staying at this hotel. I stayed in this location because it only a few miles from the event I was attending that week. The bonus for me was the walking distance to the Galleria!
