Staff was mostly unfriendly. Air conditioner was spitting ice cold water. Breakfast, eggs and sausage undercooked. Coffee was not in supply in the lobby.

Website says early checkin available. That is not true.. rooms were not cleaned in time. I messages rhe hotel trough Expedia to find out if the hot tub was working and if early check in was available. I received no response to my questions. Hot tub was closed and staff did not know why or for how long. Checking out on Sunday to see the Hot tub is now open. Complaint was put in with Expedia and rhe hotel and still ko respinse to my concern. Was told to wait 72 hours for a response and that has not exceeded.

Greats rooms & comfy beds. Having pet friendly rooms on the main floor was a bonus

Really nothing to complain about Great breakfast

The refrigerator in the room ran quite loud through the night and despite being pet friendly there was no area near the property for pets (dogs) to use for elimination. The breakfast was okay, a ‘very’ basic continental.

The rooms were clean and the continental breakfast was excellent.

I was badly in need of cleaning the inside car windshield. I asked if I could borrow a spray bottle of glass cleaner. Of course and with a smile. Thank you so much. And a GREAT price for the night!

Hot tube was out of order

Breakfast was great and hostess was friendly and helpful, however the front desk staff, especially on Tuesday morning had no smile and no friendliness. Gave very cool vibe. More smiles would have been nice. Otherwise all else was very good.

Older lady in the dining room was excellent,she was constantly tidying up ,she was very helpful.wish I would have gotten her name Brandon location

Pets welcome

Breakfast opened at 6 am.the hot items were completely cold. The attendant was rude to my son.

Clean room, unfortunately there was a power outage but they never showed frustration 🙂
