Friendly, clean and affordable. I would also add reliable and consistent as we've stayed more than 5 times. Thanks folks!

Good night stay

There was people yelling and running around till after 11 pm and then we found a pair of underwear in our bed that was not ours and when we told the front desk they did nothing about it and just said oh that’s gross sorry about that

I had a pleasant stay in a neat and clean room, which was well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker—definitely a nice touch! I recommend updating the property description to mention the availability of a microwave, as it can be a key factor for many guests. I personally switched hotels because the previous one didn't offer this amenity. The service was excellent, and I was impressed with the variety of breakfast options available. Overall, a great experience!

Good location. Everything you needed. Never had time to use the pool or hot tub.

Beautiful place

The hotel was booked full with teenage sports players who were noisy and I hardly got any sleep. They shut the hot tub down, saying it needed to be inspected. The pool was way to cold to swim in.

Clean rooms friendly staff ! Roomy room most comfortable stay it was winter but the room was cosy warm.

The pool and hot tub were closed and we were not notified. There was a large group of us there and when each family asked why the pool area was closed we were each given a different reason.

Check in online was convenient and the room was comfortable.

There was no notices about the pool being closed. We got there and asked why the pool was closed we were told it wasnt we said well the sign said closed they told us that it was only closed for 2 hours as they were checking levels we then I had stuff to do So we left, we came back We asked, why is it still closed?We were told four different stories in a matter of six hours.it was very poor service on there part as we were guessing that they just didnt want to deal with hockey teams or volleyball teams very dishonest one there part.. we have booked there again and hope to get better serves

Friendly and accommodating staff, very clean and tidy.

Check in was fine and when I got to my room, I was out in a handicap room. Something that should be reserved for someone that needs it. The room next door was reserved for someone and the had an alarm clock going off for more than a half hour at about midnight. I called the front desk to come see what the problem was and no one was answering their door or phone number. They offered to change my room for me but who wants to change rooms at 1230 am, in their pyjamas. They then proceeded to call my room and let it ring twice and hung up. Plus the mattress was horrible. As if too many people sat on the end of it and warped the mattress so they turned it around and put the warped end at the head of the bed. Not comfortable at all.

The room was nice. We got a 'wheel-chair' accessible room which we didn’t really need. The staff were nice.

The hot tub wasn’t working. I had to pay an additional $200 for a deposit because I booked through Expedia a third-party…

The room was great and check in was simple and convenient.
