Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. This resort advertises itself as “all-inclusive,” but it absolutely did not feel that way. One of the bars refused to serve us because it was a “pay only” bar, and we even had to pay extra for canned beers. The resort was overcrowded, making everything feel stressful instead of relaxing. There were constantly long lines just to get drinks, and service overall was terrible. Servers NEVER approached us at the pool, and on our last day we couldn’t even get proper service at the restaurant because staff never came to our table. The employees were generally unfriendly, dismissive, and unaccommodating throughout the trip. Front desk had as attitude as soon as we checked in. Arrived in the morning and they stated anything before check in time would be out of pocket. 0 accommodation except for the pool which was SO packed we didn’t get in. The AC barely worked in the rooms, some of the cups we were served in were dirty, and food options were very limited. Overall, this was not the relaxing vacation experience we expected. Poor customer service, hidden extra costs, and lack of attention to guests made this a resort I would never return to or recommend.

Horrible experience, they made my trip a nightmare. I did a reservation an it was completely paid . I reserved 2 rooms, one of them wasn't ready, I had to wait till 7: 30 pm the check-in was at 3pm and they not even had my rooms ready, it was a very rude lady in the front desk that give us a very hard time. The room 617 smell horrible like sewer. I'll never go back again.

The hotel is pretty good. Good location. Nice beachfront. However, it is not well equipped for high occupancy seasons, so avoid it during holidays. You’ll wait ages for elevators, food, drinks, etc. Wifi was horrible. I’m sure all of that is much better during less busy times. The food in the restaurant is bland, at best. —— El hotel está bastante bien. Buena ubicación. Bonita playa. Sin embargo, no está bien equipado para temporadas altas, así que evítalo durante las vacaciones. Tendrás que esperar muchísimo para los ascensores, la comida, las bebidas, etc. El wifi era pésimo. Seguro que todo eso mejora mucho en épocas de menor turismo. La comida del restaurante es blanda.

El hotel es muy lindo, el personal del hotel es algo grosero y no muy servicial, el personal de limpieza fue muy amable e hicieron un excelente trabajo, el cuerpo de seguridad igualmente fue muy grosero e irrespetuoso. La alberca cerraba a las 9, el jacuzzi a las 8, en mi opinión eso no es tan agradable pues al haber mucha gente uno trata de disfrutar momentos más tarde para disfrutar de la tranquilidad. No podíamos meter hielera ni consumir alimentos en la habitación, otro punto negativo en mi opinión. Cabe recalcar que fuimos en temporada alta, el estacionamiento no estaba en servicio y nos tocó pagar más de $600 por 3 noches que guardamos el vehículo.

Ocean view was nice. Room was clean. Cannot compare to Canadian hotels as it’s not the same country things are different. The room smelled of humidity but your on the beach, comes with the territory. Would go back again in a heartbeat. Beach was clean and really nice.
