Beautiful property , the rooms have value added amenities , remote control curtains and blinds , heated bathroom floor , Personally I would have licked a regular coffee maker in the room but the nexpresso was good .

The location of the hotel is fantastic, easy walking distance to stadium, CN Tower, Ripley's aquarium and many dining options. The shortfall is the room itself, the couch and chairs in our room were not comfortable. The bed was comfortable, but had a noticeable dip towards the middle. Bedding and pillows were nice. The bathroom had nice finishing, however you can tell where corners were cut, there is still a phone jack right beside the toilet. A timer dial from I'm guessing an old whirlpool tub is still mounted beside the toilet. Minor issues, but when after fees, taxes and one night of parking your bill is almost $900 for one night you have slightly higher expectations.

I had do not disturb sign on for 2 days, then took it off and no one came for several hours until i called and requested it. I mentioned earlier that I will be out of the room for a while so they can clean. We come back in the evening and the room still was not cleaned. After i complained i told the staff they have to clean the room while im present. The next day the housekeeper came but left all the dirty cups and wine glasses. Other than the house keeping situation this hotel was excellent. The perfect location, great amenities, delicious cafe for brunch, a restaurant for dinner. Majority of the staff is very attentive and quick.

I was so impressed with our stay there. The parking was so easy with an elevator right up to the lobby. We arrived early for our event and were so lucky to be able to check in early! The heated floor in the bathroom and large tub was so relaxing. We received free water bottles before bed. The staff was so friendly and our stay was amazing! Would definitely go back!

Clean room staff was great. Room service was great for breakfast. Parking was within the building, which is rare these days. Everything was top-notch.
