The room is not ready when we arrived at 3pm. Staff said we need a Taiwan Mobile number for her to call us when the room is ready. Come on! This is 21st century! They can contact clients using Whatsapp or Line! The room is quite old but clean. The towels quite old as well. I can see that they are renovating the rooms. Hope will be done soon!

The room was large and the facility have very nice play areas for the kids with nice pools. However the hotel is a little old it can use some remodeling

Elevators are not enough

Very nicely located near a green river walk with old trees and eatery attractions next to an old temple in this charming old town.

Great friendly service at checkin. The room was very nice and clean. You can hear next door quite a lot and air conditioning in the room was weak, so the room felt a little too warm to sleep comfortably. Apart from that itbwas faultless
