Wonderful one night stop hotel.

Clean, beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Staff 100% focused on excellent customer service.

I was unable to get breakfast due to lady getting in late. Poor weather conditions today. But I had to miss out on breakfast due to it not being served on time.

We stayed for 9 days, and honestly, everything was wonderful. The staff were very polite and welcoming, the hotel was extremely clean, and the breakfast was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back the next time we visit Toronto.

Stayed Monday. Was going to stay wednesday but needed to leave my car overnight tuesday. Wanted to charge me $20 for parking. So I booked my wednesday stay elsewhere

Hotel was good in terms of the required need. Room and sheets were clean. Breakfast could be better especially by serving more healthier options and providing guests more variety to choose from.

The room was spacious and in good condition. The staff was super nice. However, the hotel is advertised for a great breakfast, but in reality you get any budget hotel type breakfast, that includes hard boiled eggs, bagel, low quality muffins and cereals. The hotel did have 24-hr coffee in the lobby, but when I tried it was Lukewarm.
