The staff were fabulous and super helpful. We showed up 4 hours early and they had a room ready for us without any grief at all. Ski check was easy and fast. Room was super comfortable with good bed, pillows. Bathroom and toiletries were very nice. Honestly the best value we’ve experienced in whistler after coming here for 30+ years

The photos do not reflect the reality of the hotel. Our room was very small, and the in‑room internet did not work at all. The hallways felt extremely low and stuffy, and the hotel entrance looked old and dirty. The entire property clearly needs renovation. The only positive is that it’s within walking distance of the shopping area. Overall, I believe the price is too high for the quality of service provided.

Great location. Clean hotel with small, attentive staff. Excellent dinner restaurant. Minor drawback: no breakfast or lunch. Indoor hot tub disappointing versus neighboring hotels with beautiful outdoor areas, large hot tub and heated pool. Management promptly resolved vibrating pipe noise in the wall by upgrading room to a king suite. Professional service.

Steps to the village and two minutes to the main Whistler ski lift

Location is excellent, right next door to Hilton. Basic rooms but service is great and room is clean. King room is roomy and shower was strong and water hot. The hot tub and sauna aren’t worth it. Yes I’d stay again because the price.

Room very clean, warm and had a freshness to it. Staff friendly and helpful when needed. Great morning coffee bar in lobby, plus coffee maker in room. Tea also. Parking stalls roomier than other hotels, easy in/out. short walk to the Whistler Village Gondolas. Restaurants and shopping nearby.

Hotel staff were accommodating and helpful and parking was easy. This place is also really convenient for skiing since it's right next to the whistler gondola. The hot tub is nice since it's in a small closed off area and theres a sauna too. My only problem was that the beds were a little uncomfortable. I'm not sure about all the beds but mine was a little too stiff and so were the pillows.
