Fui por 2 noche por una convencion y el Domingo no tenía agua, el aire no funcionaba, la tapa del baño habia q sostenerla, y de remate las sabanas rotas!!! Es una falta de respeto y la manera de resolver esto dejo mucho Que desear. Muy enoja me fui

Clean room good Staff excellent Parking good Breakfast few/really short options I had a business meeting in the hotel lobby, at 12:00 pm they turned off the hotel lights, there was no convincing explanation, this had never happened to us anywhere in the world, I want to file a complaint because it is a lack of respect for guests who had other lodging options, we booked at this hotel

This is a beautiful historical hotel. It’s a little bit on the pricey side compared to others, but you are paying for the experience. They offer a hotel tour.

Excellent hotel

This hotel is very outdated. Old rooms, old smell, old bathtubs etc. The bedsheets were not very clean, I found few long hairs in my sheets upon checking in.. Location is the only great thing about it. Would not stay here again.

Place is cool. I’d stay here again. Pros: it’s beautiful, historic, located between the Zocalo and Chapultepec park, there’s an Oxxo, Starbucks and a weed store within a block. There’s lots of staff and a cool lobby bar. Real close to handshake speakeasy Con: Tv did not stream. No mini fridge. No screen on windows

Ugh… rooms were terribly dirty. Carpets very stained. Bed sheets old, stained and tattered. Walls stained. Bed was so uncomfortable and pillows were basically like sleeping on nothing. Noise from the street kept us up all night. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. A nightmare.

I had a wonderful stay at the Geneve Hotel in Mexico City. The location is excellent-close to everything, making it very convenient to explore the city. I requested a quiet room and was pleased that the hotel accommodated my request. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. However, there was a noticeable downside: a loud noise coming from what seemed to be an electric plant. It was quite disruptive at night and made it difficult to get proper rest. The staff truly stands out for their exceptional service. They consistently go above and beyond to meets guest needs. A special muchas gracias to Julio for recommending a flower shop where I found beautiful flowers for my friend. Also, mil gracias to Carlos, who kindly took the time to accompany me to church on Sunday- a gesture I will never forget. My only other concern was with housekeeping, as on several occasions clean towels were not replaced, which meant I had to call the front desk. This was a bit inconvenient. Overall, despite a few minor issues, this is an excellent hotel with outstanding staff, and I will still highly recommend it.

The hotel itself- Architecture is beyond Beautiful,historical place however it needs better management and maintenance : *ceiling lights in restroom one of them it was out . *the tub was clogged the water drains slowly the water will get to your ankles level while showering. *once of the windows the lock was broken even when lock the window will open . The view that the room has is to the wall of the next door business.

Excellent location in Zona Rosa, old hotel already. This was my 2nd time to stay, rooms can use some updating though. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Location and great place to stay! This was a centric near to every place you need to move in Mexico. The hotel has a great sense of history and had great experience, surely I’ll visit again!
