We arrived on a mid morning flight and were able to check in straight away. The staff were lovely and very helpful. It is located near Marquis de Pombal square and metro, handy to get about Lisbon. The beds were very comfy and the room cleaned every day. It was too chilly to use the pool. The kitchen facilities were good and allowed us to make our own breakfast and snacks. The suite was a little bit tired in places but this did not affect our stay. I would definitely stay here again as it was good value for money given the size of the accommodation.

Travelled with 19-month old and stayed for 7 nights. Hotel is conveniently located (near transportation, supermarkets), room is spacious with lots of closet space. Kitchenette makes it great for stays with kids. Check in/out was easy and accommodating. There were a few maintenance issues with the room - handles (literally) falling out of the doors, water accumulating on floors after rain, malfunctioning plugs, missing hooks etc. Interactions with housekeeping was less than ideal - staff were curt even when they made mistakes (e.g. ringing room bell by accident). Otherwise a very pleasant stay overall.

Our stay was wonderful. They have a 24/7 reception which came in handy when we arrived at nearly midnight. Free parking was very convenient. Breakfast was reasonable. Overall condition of the hotel was great. We would stay here again.

Great location just slightly out of the main area. Rooms were a little dated but clean, spacious and functional. Swimming pool was a great feature and the kids loved it. Parking is free but the car park is really tight!

Lovely and fairly central and close to transit

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful always. The room was spacious and very clean. The location is very convenient to sightseeing and getting around. Would highly recommended staying there.

The suites are spacious and very comfortable. The location is great. If you like McDonald’s, there’s one down the street. And around the corner to the right, walk five minutes and you’ll be at a grocery store, where you can make your very own fresh orange juice. For longer walks, in thirty minutes you can be in the historic area. Getting there, you walk down a beautiful tree lined avenue. Forgot to mention how great the pool is. Absolutely wonderful. Very easy to get an Uber or a taxi. For a first time visitor to Lisbon, it checks all the boxes.

This is a wonderful hotel with close access to metro and bus. Added bonus is free parking although it’s easier to use public transportation or uber. Staff is helpful and friendly. Apt is roomy for the 2 bed and 2 bath. Bathrooms need updating but otherwise great kitchenette and fresh towels. Beds are very comfortable and terrace offers stunning views and sunsets.

This hotel is decent for the price. The pool is nice but the rooms seriously lack outlets in the bedrooms and none in the bathrooms.
