Stay was excellent. I had a handicapped room with walk in shower that was perfect

squicky floors in bedroom area

The clerks were excellent

Good basic room. Beds were ok. Noise from other rooms passes thru walls easily.

The fridge in the room was loud and would make a lot of noise at night and would wake us up.

Very clean and nice place very convenient to interstate and dining Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others

Check in was quick and easy. The staff was really nice. Breakfast was really good. The cheese omelette was a nice change from just scrambled eggs. There really wasn't anything I didn't like.

Both Individuals at the front desk were like old friends. I am looking forward to coming back soon.

Had a very nice day. We stayed for one night Check-in was a breeze. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. The room was clean and ready on time. Good water pressure in the shower. We had breakfast in the morning, which was surprisingly really good. Definitely recommend.

Our first stay was excellent, best bed ever! One week later stay bed horrible, hard! Queen bed for 2 people is to close to wall.

It took 3 hours to get my room key you charged me 100 more to have the date switched that was not my fault and no person should have to go throw that ever I think I should get a free night

One night stay on a longer trip. Room was comfortable, but it is close to the interstate and we could hear the traffic in the room while trying to sleep. It didn't bother me, but it did bother my husband. Everything else was fine and if you run the ac, it will cover the road noise. Of course, since we booked through Hotels.com, we were at the FAR end of the hall and closer to the interstate.
