The staff speaks perfect English and very friendly. The hotel is old, but very clean and everything works well. The location is great, too, only 10-15 minutes walk to Place Bellecour. There is a convenience store and a number of restaurants right across the hotel. The convenience store opens until 9PM - this is crucial.
