Very friendly staff , very good value and great location for the city center.

Great central hotel

The staff at check in insist the email on the booking page is not mine and then aggressively want my card on file without explanation! I understand this is standard but he needs to explain everything to a customer, besides I believe leaving cc details is no longer a practice!

Contacted property via in app message service and have still had no reply (still waiting)……not like their usual excellent level of service

We stayed in the Holiday Inn for 4 nights from Tuesday 30th of December 2025 to Saturday 3rd of January 2026. We weren't impress with the incidental pre-payment as we felt unwelcome by this. This is not a British standard. It is an imported Americanism which is not wanted. Overall, it was a good night stay in the Holiday Inn, Aberdeen. The hotel is in the city centre, walkable to the shops and lots of restaurants to choose from. The staff were presents, good service. Tanya

Good breakfast and close to the square.

Room was good, very clean. Only issue i had was sleep, pillows not comfortable.

Comfortable room in a lovely wee hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Will definitely return.

I booked via hotels dot com and was told that parking was £10...when I arrived they told me it was £12 but said they would charge me £10 which they did...however I now find that they also charged my card the extra £2 quietly overnight !!!! Devious bandits!!!

Room ok, breakfast ok, no parking in hotel

The room was tidy & clean, but the heater adjustment was hidden under the table which would have been an issue for people not technical minded.

Room was clean but ceiling had lots of water damage. Bathroom floor tiles all cracked and chipped, otherwise was sufficient for the one night

Hotel nice and clean with very friendly and helpful staff. Limited hotel parking so book that in advance, but there is a good multi-story car park just 100 yards away which is reasonably priced if there is no space at the hotel.

No comment!

The Shower was dreadfull, low flow and lukewarm on both occasions.
