Great value and location

Small hotel located 20 minutes away from Duomo by taxi. Breakfast choices are rather limited. Staff is very attentive. Bathroom was spotless.

AC wasn't working as good for our room. Bathroom smelt a little moldy. Didn't hear all amenities from staff in the beginning. Also restaurant food was just okay.

Hotel Capitol – Simply Good I booked a small room at Hotel Capitol for a work trip, and my stay was truly excellent. The room was quiet and peaceful, with a window that let in fresh air—perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The Wi-Fi was outstanding, thanks to their Wi-Fi 6 setup. I had no issues with connectivity, whether I was working or streaming. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A special shout-out to the gentleman working in the breakfast area—he went above and beyond to assist guests and made mornings feel welcoming. I’d also like to commend the room service team. I had a minor issue with the trouser press, and when I called reception, someone came promptly and resolved it with great professionalism. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel’s location was ideal—just a short walk from my workplace. My room was cleaned daily, and everything was kept in perfect order. Based on my experience, I’m happy to give Hotel Capitol a 5-star rating. I genuinely can’t think of a single downside.

Veryyy good

Not the fancy hotel but was clean, comfortable, and in a great neighborhood away from the center - but still very accessible to tourist sites. Breakfast gave you all the choices - American breakfast, German breakfast, European breakfast. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Im stunned anyone has ever rated this hotel beyond a 2 star rating. It’s extremely run down and we spent a good chunk of money. The room had a horrible smell to it, the tub (yes there is no shower) was so high I almost fell getting out. The tub wouldn’t drain so we had to shower in our dirty water. Browse around, spend the extra $200, I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here until some serious Reno’s are done. Also elevator barely fits 2 people it’s sketchy.

Upscale hotel , large rooms and comfy beds. Helpful staff. Nice and upscale neighborhood in Milan.

Good hotel.

This is my 2nd time I have stayed at Capitol Hotel Milano. Lovely hotel, clean, has all you need and more. Friendly staff. Ill be visiting again and definitely recommend to others.

Bed and pillows are amazing. Not a noise in the room, which is also of a good size with a very nice bathroom. People are kind and efficient

Good lcation for me as near my sister's apartment. Checking out took far to long as I was paying for 3 rooms and computer on go-slow. Had to rush to catch train connection

Extremely small room on the 3rd floor, windows should be opened to increase oxygen in the air. Tram noise starting early in the morning. Very expensive for the price paid

Great clean hotel with wonderful staff. 5 minute walk to the metro station and only few stops from Duomo. The only thing I didn’t not like is that our room was tiny. May be they have bigger rooms. Do inquire.
