we stayed from May 1 to May 4 2026. The room was clean. The hotel is next to Uffizz, a short walk to Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, and many more. Close to awesome restaurants. We were upgraded to a suite. When we got to the room we were surprised with free tshirts. The room was a good size with separate sitting area. The shower was awesome with plenty of water pressure. Toilets flushed, no problems. The room amenities were awesome, robes, slippers, lush towels, free water, we had chocolates when we arrived to our room in the evening. The toiletries were luxury. The breakfast was good with a good selection. The staff were awesome. There were 2 issues, the view from our room but not a deal breaker. The smell coming from the bathroom, even with diffuser is very unpleasant at times. The plumbing system in Florence is old, the hotel tries its best to mask it. Air conditioning was great. The way to our room was a little confusing but we mastered it ☺️.

It is great hotel in magnificent location. I keep returning to this hotel, this was my 4th time. I love the breakfast room! But I see the rooms, bathrooms, walls, windows keep deteriorating, not being updated. I think this hotel needs updates if it wants to keep the status and us coming back.

Incredible location, close to everything, wonderful staff!

Friendly and helpful staff, room clean and spacious. Only down side is small shower. But seems that is to be expected in Europe. Great location.

In the center of all the action, this hotel was excellent in every way. We will choose this again next time we’re back in Firenze. Staff very polite and helpful. Rooftop bar excellent views on both sides. Restaurants and shops nearby. Steps away from Uffizi Gallery. Love it.

Breakfast was delicious with many choices. The first room I chose appeared to have a river view, yet it was very small, dark and looked into an alley, so I upgraded.

Loved staying here. The only problem was we didn’t plan well and stayed just one night. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Florence and for more than one night. Breakfast was fresh and with lots of options. Rooms were spacious and beds were super comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

The staff were friendly and very helpful on several occasions. The hotel is located where I want to be. I would stay there again on y next trip to Firenze.

Great location, steps from Ponte Vecchio, Il Duomo, and the shopping district. High quality staff and treatment. The room was terrific, roomy, elegant and relaxing. The lounge areas on each floor were comfortable and made it feel like home. Breakfast buffet is the best I have ever had at a hotel. Highly recommend.

It was clean, great central location, breakfast was wonderful & the staff was so helpful and courteous. Not sure who the guy was that was over breakfast but he was lovely! Always pleasant & accomodating.
