Excellent place to stay. The room was very clean and the pool was nice.

This hotel is beautiful and has great amenities! The staff were super friendly and attentive. Our suite was spacious and clean. The executive lounge and spa area are amazing. We stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest.

Fantastic stay. Stayed in an Executive room which included breakfast, Spa and the Executive lounge. Well worth the extra money. All the staff we met were lovely courteous and always helpful. What stood out for us was you were made to feel welcome and comfortable.

Junior Suite was spacious with two bathrooms, well appointed, nespresso coffee machine and the most fluffy towels and bathrobes complete the feeling of luxury. Access to the Executive room made such a difference to our time in the hotel providing good food and a range of drinks combined with great service.

First room was too hot as they don’t have working ac but was moved to a different room and was great Spa is very nice and if you pay for the extra club level you get free drinks and snacks make sure you talk to Herman he is a legend

The hotel is historic and is nicely renovated. My room, a deluxe category room, was well appointed and large. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I was disappointed that the room overlooked an interior atrium and did not have a view to the outside or access to natural light. Given the layout of the hotel, this seems to be the case for a majority of the rooms. The furnishings showed a bit of wear. I felt the service was a bit cold and impersonal, probably a result of being such a big hotel.

very attentive staff, luxurious decor, the most comfortable bedding and a perfect location. Topped off with a private elevator right down to the Royal Spa. One of my hotels anywhere.
