A beautiful hotel, and absolutely amazing staff, always had a friendly smile, and always willing to assist with directions to sights or booking taxis etc Would highly recommend, and would definitely go back again. Wonderful.

The hotel was brilliant in a very good location, all the staff we met were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was a good size, clean, tidy with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The breakfast was exceptionally good, with plenty of options to choose from.

Theresa helped with directions and was very pleasant through our stay with additional items needed for the room. Room was outstanding and very clean!

Great sized room, powerful shower and separate bath. Nice small balcony (too cold to sit out in December!). A good selection of breakfast buffet food, cereal, toasts & fruit as well as a menu service with hot food. Very helpful staff from reception, breakfast and housekeeping. On a very quiet location with easy walks to the tram or a bit further on to Charles Bridge. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

Room was beautiful clean had every thing you would need. Fast Internet Breakfast was nice. The staff wonderful go out off their way to help. Hotel great location I will definitely be back

The hotel was in an excellent location.The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was warm, cosy and quiet. The bed was so comfortable. We had a great stay.

Very clean specious junior suit, staff at the reception and breakfast waitress were very attentive and extremely polite. Breakfast could be better, it could improve on quality and variety. We skipped breakfast - the last two days of our stay.

From the moment we walked in the front, until we left 4 days later, it was one of the best hotel stays we had in our life. Staff is amazing, room was amazing, breakfast buffet was amazing, location was excellent. I wish every hotel experience could be as good as this one was. I highly recommend this property.

I love it

Wonderful stay here. Great location for anything you want to do in Prague. The staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious and the rooms were very clean and kept up well with charm. Would definitely stay here again. They also arranged a transport for us from the airport and the driver was friendly and gave us many facts and information about Prague. It was easy to set up the transportation with the hotel via messenger and was reasonably priced. Highly recommend this stay to anyone.

My goodness such lovely choices. So many choices and so delicios.

The property had a great location, on one of the quieter streets near the Castle, yet close to good restaurants and shopping. The suite was spacious, clean and charming. Breakfast was delicious , with many hot and cold options. The staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend.
