Some of the stuff was not friendly. Didnt give solution or willing to help with the noise on the apartment above Didnt fix the water in the tap Didnt give alternative to the room door that couldnt be locked. Really horrible, was not like that the last time I stayed there

Good place to stay for a few days. The room is small, however it is pretty and modern. Breads were old, but the variety was good.

Excellent service and very friendly staff from valet to front desk to housekeeping. The location is great to explore the Moinhos de Vento neighborhood, which is filled with interesting cafes and restaurants. If you’re into fitness, the park across the street is great for running, and the hotel is next door to a CrossFit box (called Open,) where you can work out while enjoying a view to the park.

The hotel is located across the street from a very beautiful and safe park in Porto Alegre, also very close to restaurants, shops and even a shopping mall. We loved walking around the area and felt the location to be the best! The front desk staff were very friendly and allowed us check in prior to 2pm. We got upgraded to a room on the newer side which didn’t face the park but it was very spacious, clean and updated. It was nice and quiet and the shades allowed us to sleep very well. The shower was quite small but it was nice and warm and great water pressure. I also had some work to do and the WiFi worked wonderful for connecting to USA. We had a kitchen and table inside the room which made for a nice office space. We loved our stay and will return next time we visit porto alegre. Great value for the price you pay!!

A nice hotel at a great location. Maintainance could be better. Service was very nice with good intension but shame that even reception people almost can't speak English.

This was the only hotel available in the city. Extremely high price for a room with 2 single beds. Still, the room was nice and comfy. Hotel service is a little short - no laundry service because was holiday. will go back during low seasson to enjoy my stay.

There was a leakage of diesel with fumes on the elevator shafts and aisles of the hotel for the entire stay. The management of the hotel ignored the problem. I left the hotel earlier because I was afraid of a fire. They did not reimburse me for the prepaid nights I did not stay there. Very disappointing.

Room was big, clean and comfy. Little bit on the high side in terms of price. Location is very good to access local cuisine, bars, and run at the park.

From the outside and in the halls looks a little bit beat up. But when you get to the room is good. You get very good room for the price. There is a park in front of the hotel and many bars and restaurants on the area. Very safe neighborhood. It is also close to the mall and other fancy boutiques and entertainments. Breakfast is superior than similar hotels in the area.
