I will start off by saying I was not a fan of the on call room service. Was trying to figure out why it wasn't automatic like most hotels. On top of that the back door card reader was broken so it made things inconvenient. Check in was easy and the grab and go breakfast was ok. Me personally I wouldn't stay at a place like this again because I feel as though the standards weren't up to par.

The staff is always pleasant and efficient. This is a very convenient place for lodging when in town to visit family.Well Done!

Was very clean, convenient.

Our adult son has Autism. We arrived early and the staff accommodated us by getting a room ready. They could see he was very stressed and helped us out.

Everything about the stay was eh. The noise from the traction of the elevator you heard all night. The terrible food options included a half stocked vending machine and expensive drinks at minimum of $4 per water. And the hotel was pet friendly but smells like wet dog and weed.

Bathroom was dirty and shower not.

This place is awesome

This place is built with very poor noise proof material. Even though the place is apparently not full off occupancy, night time, there are some construction like type of noise continuing till 11 pm. And noises from either upper floor or next door kept coming till mid-night. Complaints to front desk and they end up knocking our door to see what's going on! Strange noise coming from refrigerator area keeping ticking.... with a young kid by side, the whole experience feels creepy and at late night, it was even a little scary....
