Everything was beyond dirty, rooms and bathrooms were lacking cleanliness. Have stayed here multiple times and this will be the last, bad experience overall.

Very good hotel

area around pool was extremely slippery 4 people fell the day we were there including my wife. Spoke to manager she said never heard that before. no ice machines. Food was excellent. Hotel very clean and nice room.

Had a great time for the World Cup! They got us in and out every day with ease! Very friendly.

El lugar es bonito, sin embargo, el hotel ya es un poco viejo. Es de fácil acceso y cuenta con todas las amenidades necesarias para pasarla bien. Solo creo que la limpieza puede mejorar.

Very nice stay, the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. We were too close to the pool we could hear the noise from the children all day, we wanted a peaceful restful vacation.

Nice hotel. Not a lot around it at night to do but during the day there are street markets to the west that are nice. The WiFi was great in one of our rooms and bad in the other. If you’re in the restaurant it is decent.

My towel was badly stained, and they didn't even have the World Cup games on the television; the bar was rarely open, and the elevator was broken for my room
