Great location. Safe and easy to get around. The staff is very friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool is very nice. For breakfast there are a lot of options.

I travel a lot and read reviews to chose a hotel . I wish someone had written the truth about this hotel, it’s definitely not a 4 stars maybe a 2 stars . Nice pool but that’s about it . Understaffed nobody to help w luggage no restaurant open for dinner in an area not walkable w no restaurants . No room service and very basic rooms with no comfort . Nothing matches the description but the pool and it’s a hotel strategically located for a one night before an international flight . Terrible choice .

Beautiful pool and location. Our first room had no electric in the bathroom and they gave us another room quickly next door.

We were very disappointed during our short stay in this hotel. We only stayed there for a few hours to rest prior our flight from Viracopos airport, however the stay ended up being not restful at all since there was a loud party happening at the hotel. Guests could hear the loud music even with the windows completely closed!! We talked to the reception asking if they could at least try to turn down the volume, but the staff simply stated that "it is as it is" as it's a "company party". For that high price, we'd highly suggest everyone to book at other reliable hotel chains. Also, the room amenities was very limited and the bathroom floors looked dirty and unclean. Plus, if needed, transportation is extremely expensive. Just to go to the airport by taxi, it will cost you about 100 reais and not many uber drivers will accept the drive due to the extra toll fees. So be extremely aware! Overall, definitely not worth the stay!!

Just a day, but it was a pretty nice stay. We opted for a suite. The hydro was nice and everything was good. The negative was the breakfast: many options, but nothing really really exceptional.
