Very clean and tidy throughout. We had a lovely room with a terrace. The staff could not have been more helpful. We will definitely stay there again when in Burgos. There is a large secure garage which accommodates European family saloons. Note you must draw up to the hotel and unload. Park in the garage and return up the hill via the stairs. But for us it was 5 star

Perfect location to walk to all landmarks in Burgos. Clean and comfortable rooms and excelllent breakfast.

Very much as presented in the online description. Big room, comfortable bed , clean. Well located. Garage was worth paying extra for . Our third visit and wouldn’t hesitate to return

Everything was great, room was well done with plenty of space. Felix on the front desk was great. Bar staff were very good and the driver very helpful. Great stay.

Nice room intended to eat at hotel for ease told cat as function. And could recommend in town which was not great as has dog and extremely wet

It was a lovely hotel

Not as good as our normal stay, no welcome drink which apparently you only get when booking directly. They’ve removed the coffee machines from the rooms which is a shame. Bed felt more uncomfortable than previous stay too. Clean and convenient, nice bathroom but a shame the experience of staying here has declined.

Very nice stay in this hotel which is just a short walk from the Cathedral and the centre of the old town of Burgos.

Falta un poco de aislamiento acustico, se escucha el ruido de las otras habitaciones un poco alto. Nada grave si te tocan vecinos educados. El resto todo bien
