Room was clean, comfy, and way nicer than I expected. Staff were chill and helpful every time I needed something. Hot tub was solid, bar drinks were good, and the whole place just felt smooth and easy. No complaints. I’m definitely staying with you guys again.

My friends and I made a last minute reservation for the Safi Hotel mere days before arriving to Monterrey and we considered it the best decision we made on our entire World Cup trip. Besides the warm professionalism of the staff, the room was fantastic, we were also pleasantly surprised about the amenities in such close proximity to the hotel. Bars, restaurants, shopping, grocery, pharmacy etc were all walking distance from our room. If there is one critique I’ll give it’s the shower in our room something’s leaked water through the door that wasn’t not sealed properly but that in our opinion was not a deal breaker. I will definitely be coming back to the safi hotel again. It was amazing.

Location in San Pedro was ideal for accessibility to shopping, dining, sports bars. The hotel staff were very helpful and the rooms very comfortable

They could’ve used some nice feeding area in the lobby just to sit and read or work on computers, but there really was no community place to sit down inside the lobby

The staff there did an excellent job I have no complaints. The food was there was delicious . However for some reason the floor in our room had a bit of a slope and the around the base of the toilet was leaking after each flush.That being said there were kind enough to upgrade our room.Too bad there Wifi was not working that great.FYI the traffic around there is terrible!

The hotel’s exterior and lobby are somewhat lavish; however, the rooms are those of a two star hotel. My room in the 16tj floor had a small window only. The floors were very cheap composite. Fortunately there was no carpeting. The shower originally did not work, but was fixed while I was away. This is a 2-3 star property. Don’t get fooled by the pics.

Somewhat overpriced for World Cup relative to other available similar hotels such as JW Marriott
