It was clean and quiet. Bathroom could use a upgrade but over all it was nice

They didn’t have much for breakfast need to improvement they just have a self with emptiness at 8:30 am I broken waffle machine, not hot water or te bags to make In my room I found five am roaches I was about to cancel my second nightt

The rooms were old, showers were dirty, lobby smelled horrible, front desk workers were just hanging out in the front smoking and drinking, I saw roaches in the cleaning cart while asking for clean towels.I don’t recommend this place

We stayed in room 207 and friends stayed in room 305 Positives: 1.Clean Pool 2.Friendly staff 3. Clean front lobby and the nice clean bleach smell had me feeling hopeful for the cleanliness but that's where it ended for us. 4. Cold AC in room 207 5. Cold in room fridge. Most hotels mini fridges suck but not this one. Was a beast. Negatives: 1. Roaches in our bathroom room #207 2. Broken Ice machine for entire stay 3. At 9 am they where out of waffle mix. A big selling point was not paying for breakfast for the entire family but we ended up eating out for our entire stay. 4. Broken office chair in room. The back to the chair was practically snapped off 5. Elevator was shut down due to "running slow" (it was back up and running following morning) staff did not put up an out of order sign on the elevator or at front desk. 6. Loose floor tiles that where lifting up when stepped on in the bathroom from water damage. 7. Our friends stayed in room 305 and there was black mold on the ceiling of the shower. Also the AC was running poorly in this room. I have LIVED in way worse and I'm not a picky person but hey I work all year long and finally get a week off and paid for this BS I expected better on my vacation.

For the price it was good , near the beach 10 minute drive it’s cheap

It was terrible. I saw bugs on our bed and i called about broken toilet and it was never fixed. Employees were very rude. I tried to get refund for second night plus i paid for protection and they never would never answer. We also had someone paint a T on the back of my car while we were staying there

Our family had a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and the check-in process was smooth. However, our only complaint was about the breakfast. Basic items like bread were missing, and several guests expressed similar concerns during breakfast time.

The staff was very friendly and understanding. The location was perfect. Most of all the rooms were clean and the bed very comfortable.

Property was clean and the room was great. My only complaint is that my Expedia price showed that my total cost included tax to be paid at property. My credit card shows that I paid almost $40 more than was listed. Not sure how to find out how to correct this?

Terrible shower

Beds were fine, towels were not soft. Breakfast was not so great but it was free. Juice machine was not working. No yogurts or toast. Basic biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage links and 1 waffle maker. Some pastries, pop tarts and cereal bowls. Check-in and checkout was easy. It’s good for a quick stay and just sleeping.

The tv were not working I have to relocate to 3 different rooms, triplet was running, little refrigerator freezer dquick working
