Staff was friendly, amenities were good. For those with strollers, mobility gear, etc be aware that there is no elevator however.

Room was clean and large. staff were helpful, hot tub was very nice and breakfast was excellent with a number of good choices.

At the reception the lady took 2 of my credit cards saying its nit going through and wrote in her own note book the credit card numbers and security codes. This is highly scam pro.Why this is happening. This is illegal in Canada 🇨🇦 to take customers credit card numbers in private written note books. Disappointed. I have been in the hotel feild a d this has never happened.

We had originally booked for one day and decided to come a day early. My gf spoke to a lady named Heather who was excellent and helped us out right away with getting our rooms sorted. On check-in, Heather was there and immediately complimented my gf and was overall just incredible. We look forward to coming back!
