Friendly staff, good breakfast, fun waterslide but pool is small

The hotel smelled of strong chlorine. Dirty floors in lobby. Rooms are not sound resistant. Could hear people above walking on floor. Didn’t help that they were jumping off the bed at 2 am. Could hear conversations in the next room and in the hallway.

Breakfast was awesome at the parking seem to be safe

Was a great stay for me and my family. Breakfast could have a few more protein options but other than that it was great. Pool is fantastic, the slide was a highlight for my little, was hard to get her out!

Housekeeping staff were very efficient, tidied up room everyday of our stay. Breakfast was good but guests did make a mess that staff could not keep up with. The pool area always had towels available and was kept tidy. Parking was good snd felt safe.

Room was spacious. Staff was always making sure fresh towels were brought to the pool, food during breakfast was always filled and tables washed. Great experience I would definitely stay again

Loved the pool and hot tub. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was average but free with stay so can’t complain. Surprisingly their coffee was quite good which never happens at hotels lol

We come for the pool! We come every year for my son's birthday and enjoy it. The rooms are nice and the breakfast is good!

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The overall cleanliness was far below expectations, the room did not feel properly cleaned, restocked with towels, no coffee or garbages emptied. There were noticeable issues that made it uncomfortable to relax. The mattresses were another major concern. They were extremely worn out and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. For a hotel stay, that’s a basic expectation that wasn’t met. On top of that, the rooms are very outdated and in need of renovation. The furniture, decor, and overall condition felt old and neglected, which added to the poor experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to cleanliness, bedding, and room updates.

The vending machines on the 3rd floor did not work, the elevators had a gear oil smell like something was burning, those were my only complaints. The staff were super helpful, rooms were clean and the dining room for breakfast was clean and well stocked.

Breakfast was great, only interaction with staff was check in. Day of check out they literally threw out bill under the door at 5am and kept sliding our do not disturb under the door as we were in the room hours from check out. Room was nice, very few open outlets. No food for snacks, good thing we brought them.
