Clean room, staff, amenities and breakfast was all top notch! Stayed a couple weeks ago and came back due to great experience

Paid for a double queen room that wasnt even available at the hotel. Charged $204 for one night. Had to pay hotel an additional $20 for a standard queen room. People staying in floor above partying all night and around 2am 3 woman knocking on our door. Staff offered no compensation. Hotel was run down and not looked after. Expedia sucks also even though expedia says no cancelation allowed well how does that apply to a room advertised not being available at the facility? Would highly not recomend there i paid over $225 for a room the hotel said usually charges $137/night.

Hot tub Out of service, a notification that it was down prior to arrival would be nice… woken numerous times from other patrons running hallways and talking loud in middle of night

Front desk staff should be more friendly to their customer.

Everything was good. However, the pool was smaller than it looked on the photos. It’s more for smaller kids.

The pool and waterslide is great for little kids. It was enjoyable. Room was nice but if there is little kids above you, you will probably hear their footsteps of them running around

Great location, nice sized room, friendly staff, good breakfast, clean and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the slide was fun for all.

Great staff and fun pool area. Musty smell throughout the hotel and it could use some updating.

The space in the room was quite suitable and the most notable feature for me, it wasn't tight like some other hotels. Would have been nice if there was an option to access the the popular streaming apps. TV picture quality also looked dated. Breakfast options were also limited but still ok.

Staff were very nice. Breakfast was great had everything you needed. Room was clean. They use Dove for the bathrooms. Pool was great, hot tub is hot as it should be and pool is warm great for little kids. Check in and out was a breeze. Only thing that would be nice is to have lotion in the bathrooms. We didn’t have any. Also if your staying in the hotel for a night and like the room to be dark, there are black out blinds BEHIND the white sheer curtains hiding in the corner. They are there just hiding lol.

Kids had a blast on the water slide. Older rooms but did the trick

Room condition was ok...parts were dirty. Staff was awesome though, breakfast was very generous.
