Full hotel only 1 elevator was working, garbage in elevator, housekeeping took priority in elevator over guests. Check in smooth, room had a tobacco smell even though property was smoke free. Breakfast was well stocked and overall very nice selection.

Property was very convenient to the Commanders Stadium and restaurants. Atmosphere and attitude of people attending the event nearby was amazing. Property could be cleaner and needs abit of updating. Overall no major complaints.

The hotel was dirty and unkept. Amenities not in the room. Key card worked some of the time. Some hallways smelled of trash and vomit. Elevator was slow and doors on stairs were locked. Will not stay here again.

The furniture in the room was dirty especially the chair. The blanket on the bed had stains. Room not cleaned very well. There was only one working elevator which had trash on the floor. Overall, would not recommend this property.

(1) of the (2) Elevators was not working. The toilet flush handle broke (I fixed it myself.) The Shower handle was not working correctly. The hall carpets were in 'not so great' condition. The "Free Breakfast" was terrible (Scrambled Eggs + Sausage.) The Waffle Station was always a mess. There was no Coffee ready. Our door keys failed to work our 2nd night. One of the two door keys never worked.

We arrived late Sunday and immediately were not impressed. The grounds had trash all over and the lobby looked like it hadnt been mopped in days. One elevator didnt work and the other was slow. Once at our floor the carpet was dirty and was in need of vacuuming. Was told ice machines on 3rd & 5th floor. No ice machine on the 5th floor what so ever and the 3rd floor ice machine didnt work. Our room was clean despite mold in the shower. The next morning for breakfast at 8:30 the only thing good was the coffee. Waffle station was disgusting! Eggs and sausage were terrible to say the least. Not what we expected from a Wyndham hotel. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, will never stay there again!

Room was not ready when we got there at 6:30pm and check in was at 4:00pm. Elevator was sketchy and only one worked. Bathroom floor was very slippery and still wet when we got to our room at midnight. The rug in the room itself was soaking wet. The pillow cases had stains on them. The hotel was not taken care off.

The staff were friendly and professional however the hotel itself including the elevator is in need of lots of repairs and updates. The bathroom in our room left much to be desired, the shower was stained dark and was dingey, the toilet had something (that we hope was cleaner) sprayed onto it with liquid still sitting on the seat when we arrived.

Very easy to get to the Commanders stadium. Delys in getting our room assignment, but lots of people checking in at the same time, computer issues that day. Otherwise the stay was great. Very good breakfsat bar with several options.

I made reservations months ago. I drove 4 hours and as I pull in they call and say they are full that I don’t have a room. We were here for a concert that started at 7 having to stand and bicker with the front desk until 8. I missed half the concert. They then finally said ok we have a room so we go to drop off luggage and it’s had one king size bed for four adults! This has been a horrible experience and I need to be compensated for all of this mess! I am furious

Called the front desk multiple times and took 10 times for them to pick up and once they picked up I ask a question and suddenly they hung up on me. Only one elevator was working.. the area for breakfast was very dirty tables and food section. not great stay.

The property isn’t a 3 star for sure as advertised. It probably is a 1 or 1.5 star. Unsafe and smelled mervana all around in the corridor and rooms. We checked out half way through our stay. Never going back there again.

Hotel lobby was dirty when I arrived for check in, the floor and rugs upon entering and near the elevator were very dirty and needed to be vacuumed. Our room appeared to be cleaned at first glance but quickly noticed that the floor need to be swept and moped (Long Hair) throughout especially in the bathroom. The comforters on the bed and towels were dingy. Due to not being comfortable with the cleaning and being unable to cancel our reservation, I was forced ventured out for cleaning supplies, towels and blankets for my family to feel safe. There was only one working elevator our entire stay. While the hotel offered free breakfast, the staff did not keep the area around the food clean and tidy. Food was all over the counters and floor, trash cans overflowing, there were no napkins and tables weren't wiped clean. We were very disappointed with our stay and will never book with this hotel again.
