Location is excellent for walking to the beach and Stanley Park, it’s even a fairly easy walk to the IMAX theatre. Parking is tricky as entrance to parking is at the back of the building not on street front and spots are narrow. We used the restaurant for a dinner, food and service were great but it is a sports bar and it was extremely noisy (we were 2 adults but certainly too loud to have children or older adults as you couldn’t carry on a conversation). Room was clean and had a fridge and microwave which was nice to have when staying a few nights. Though space in room was tight. Our room opened to the busy Davie street and had a balcony so fun to watch the passing traffic but noisy and it also got direct sunlight in the daytime and thus the room heated up like an oven. Air conditioning worked but blows right onto a bed. Over all we enjoyed the location and would rate the facility as “average”.

Great location

Newly renovated room. Bathroom extremely clean. Bed really comfortable. Front desk staff was always super friendly. Very close to all the main tourist attractions and public transportation. Only downside is tv was really old and didn't get a lot of channels.

Super convenient location downtown. Covered parking. Good restaurant. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice room with comfy beds.

Excellent location, near everything in the area. Room was a little small, AC was loud, outside noise kept us up. The elevator was outdated and one of them was out for our entire stay. Staff was wonderful and room was clean. I would be on the fence to stay there again.

The room was nice, however the AC window unit was loud and so was the noise from the street. The staff was friendly & helpful. 5 stars for them. Breakfast was great. The portions were quite large and personnaly would have liked to see more lighter/smaller options.We enjoyed our stay and the location was great.

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable right away and were always ready to help with a smile.

Everything was good. Definitely an older hotel but the renovations are great. Beds were comfy. Cant beat the location.

Enjoyable stay! Comfortable, clean, updated room with seating on the balcony to enjoy the bay view as well as people out and about. Pleasant, attentive, and helpful desk staff. Parking is tight but thankfully available. Housekeeping is very good and we also appreciate that there is dining available on site.

The room was clean and quiet. The staff were very polite and helpful. My husband was in Vancouver for a hospital visit. The night manager said if he couldn’t get us a handicap spot that he would give us his spot🙂

Location of property was awesome! Walking distance to beach’s, restaurants and Stanley park. Quick bus ride to Roger’s Arena and BC place. Will definitely stay again when visiting Vancouver.

The beach view was amazing and the breakfast was great! I really enjoyed being in that space.

Incredible location close to everything, from coffee shops and restaurants to Stanley Park and beaches. Staff were so helpful, rooms were very comfortable and clean. One of our rooms had a gorgeous beach view and the other had a kitchen with everything we needed to prepare occasional meals.

We were greeted right when we walked in the door asking about our stay where we were directed to the front desk for a quick check in. The amazing bell bow even wne t to the top level parking lot to get our bags while I checked in! Once we were up in the room we had a beautiful view of the ocean and a clean room to spend our first time in Canada! The breakfast that is included if you choose in your stay is incredible!! We were so happy to see that it was a full restaurant instead of just a basic breakfast bar. It filled us up before a full day of adventure to Stanley Park that is just conveniently located just 30 min from the hotel. It was also very nice that it was placed along the boardwalk considering we had dogs with us we could all go over and allow them to go to the bathroom very easily from there. There was so much to do on the street that we were on as well. There was nightlife restaurants and all sorts of goodies if you are looking for gelato and late night eat. Overall I was absolutely pleased with the hotel we will be staying again.

Great place and location

Our room had minimal bay views. Our room was facing the street, which was quiet loud. It also did not help that we were on the second floor. Staff was friendly, and helpful, When we checked in there was no light in the bathroom. Once we notified the staff, the problem was resolved; problem being, the breaker. Another guest blew a breaker in their room, which affected our bathroom. The room and the bathroom, was clean. Overall the stay was good, I would stay there again.
