Hotel is a fair bit out of the city. Room comfortable and facilities good

The room was tiny. No real cup or glass, try to make tea in a melting paper cup. The minimum was supplied. The place was clean and the staff was nice. Too far from the center.

Room is very small shower is even smaller was a detachable shower head in a shower you couldn’t turn around in when the water hit the sliding glass door for the shower it leaked water in the floor couple of pieces where broke on the sliding door the door fell down at me 2 times

The hotel had construction going on. Very loud, dusty, and all day! They pit us in room next to construction. It was small and loud. Had them put us in room size we paid for and away from construction. They did move us but still close to noise. Very dissappointed.

Very friendly and helpful staff who did everything possible to help. Property clean. A little out of town centre but well connected by bus. Would return.

A pleasant, clean and quiet room for a first night in Italy after a long trip from the US. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I was very happy that I could have dinner delivered to my room.

Loved our stay at the hotel as a family of 3, would rate the hotel more than 3 stars. Breakfast was also great.

The staff were wonderful, so kind and eager to help. The room had everything we needed and if not then you just need to ask and they will bring it to you.

Super friendly staff and all of them very helpful, helped with directions to the Ducati museum, which bus to take downtown, selling bus tickets in the lobby and the morning cappuccinos! Very quiet and beds were perfectly firm. Location was very good for our activities and there was a very good restaurant nearby. Since the Ducati factory was closed so we couldn't take that tour we are obviously coming back and will stay here again for sure. Oh yeah, breakfast was very good too!

Room was clean and comfortable. An area in the shower was quite slippery. Staff are very nice and competent. Food was very good with friendly and accommodating staff. Great value over-all.

Everything was so clean and I had everything I needed in the room. Hotel staff were nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend to those wanting a quiet, safe, clean place to stay that is 3km outside downtown.

This hotel is over 3 km away from city center and the train station. We walked the distance and with luggage which was not easy but definitely doable. The area looked sketchy but but maybe it is normal for locals. We used the free bikes to ride to San Luca and then to city center which was cool. Hotel was ok but even triple room felt cramped. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This property was great. Not close to the centre of the city but a short bus ride (#13 bus) got us there quick. You can buy bus tickets at the front desk, or on the bus directly. The staff treated us great! The rooms are very spacious, very well kept, and super clean. A bit on the older side but still nice and big. No pool. No balcony. They brought us a baby crib with extra towels for the children which was very nice. No breakfast offered but there is a mall close by (near the bus stop) with a GREAT cafe to eat at. The mall also has a grocery store. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We would return here in the future. kid/family friendly resort.

Travelled hot summer month late June . Air conditioning was working great and u can set room temperature to ur liking.I had great sleep in the cool room !
