The hotel is very well located, with a beautiful and cozy appearance, and it was renovated not long ago.
The staff is (mostly) friendly and polite.
The included breakfast is decent and varies each day.
Parking is not that big, but you can find empty spots at any time. As a bonus, they offer an EV charger.
Unfortunately, our experience was not perfect.
When we asked not to stay on the ground floor, we were told that the double queens are only on the ground floor. Later on we saw that there were double queens on the 2nd floor too. Not nice.
We arrived during night time. In the morning we noticed that under the beds there was a lot of dust/ dirt. After the room was "cleaned", the dust/ dirt was stîll there. Since then, for the rest of our stay, no cleaning was done in the room. We had to take the garbage out so they would pick it. No bed was done, no towel was changed, except one time when we specifically asked. They changed the towels but they didn't make the beds or clean the room.
One day, we asked the cleaning person to have the room done, but we were told that we're not on the list. So he only took the garbage we learned to take outside. Another day we asked to have the room cleaned around 1:00 PM, but we were told that they are doing the rooms only until 12:00 PM. Really?!
The bathroom fan was not installed properly and you could see the cut-out in the ceiling.
Each with its own experience and expectations, but for us it was disappointing. We'll stay at other hotels.
