The staff was great and it met our needs for this trip! The rooms were outdated and looked worn though. The beds were okay, but not super comfortable.

Couldn’t give a better rating because the washroom in our room wasn’t in good shape. The sink drain was extremely slow and at times, water just sat there for a while after use. Gave 3 stars since the staff were kind and the breakfast was pretty decent.

The hotel is a great location. Very clean. The pool and hot tub area are excellent. The coffee/hot chocolate machine is a bonus. I very much recommend this hotel. There are some areas that could use updating in the bedroom. We do stay here often when we need a night away and the kids want to swim. I recommend!

Everyone was friendly, Breakfast was good. It would have nice if the jets on the hot tub stayed on longer then 15 minutes but otherwise it was a great stay.

Stayed in the first floor where the lobby staff are loud into all hours, clearly someone living there who was up talking really loud in the halls. Room was dated no sleep

It was a pleasure to stay at the Best Western while we were in Cambridge. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t have time to enjoy the pool but we looked in and found it looked very enticing. The continental breakfast in the morning was a bonus. All in all it was a great stay.

The hotel price is very high for what it is. There were some tiny centipedes in the washroom, the bed wasn't very comfortable, there was mould in the shower, and the rooms are very outdated. If this were a cheap hotel, I would probably be okay with that. But given the price I paid, I expected at least a cleaner, more comfortable place.

The hotels rooms are on the older end of things. Window was really dirty from outside making even the sunlight not as appealing. However, inside, the rooms were clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we asked questions. The biggest pro was the pool was a decent size and the continental breakfast was VERY good. Lots of hot choices (such as pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausages) along with the usual muffins and cold items (cereal). We thought maybe the weekday breakfast would be less elaborate, but to our delight it was equally thorough. Overall, for the price, it was a good hotel that gave us a safe, welcoming place to stay.

it’s a dated hotel, however it was super clean with amazing helpful staff. breakfast was repetitive but we never left hungry. would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were very clean and nice, the staff were all kind and helpful with everything. Really enjoyed the pool and hottub both very clean and well taken care of and very warm. Would definitely recommend staying here.
