Good location close to Altona station (for trains to the South I think). Very friendly staff and clean room with plenty of hot water. Only negative was that the room was pretty small and the bed also quite small.

I was very disappointed that they had a room directly next to me being completely remodeled starting an 8:15 in the morning the next day, it was super loud. I understand that these hotels need to be worked on, but the front desk person should’ve let me know ahead of time or moved me to, a location where I’m not hearing a hammer at 8:15 in the morning. i expect more from a Best Western

Overall good experience

We just needed a place to store our belongings and sleep that was close to the transport system. This place was perfect for that.

The only complaint is the space of the shower. Although I know that it is pretty normal for any generic German hotels, I think that they could still do some arrangement, such as relocation of soup bottles, to give a little more freedom for showerers. Anyway, the amount of water and pressure are excellent!

This is very close to the train station. It is clean and the rooms are nice. Staff are helpful. I recommend staying here!

The property was great. My room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was wonderful!

Came alone to visit my sister who lives close by. Very central, very clean place. Impressed by the vicinity of the hotel to all attractions.

Staff were friendly and helpful

We really liked this hotel. It's not far from downtown, but doesn't have a downtown price tag. Breakfast can be purchased separately. They have an arrangement with a parking garage where you can park your car, but it's quite expensive. We paid at a parking meter (with a credit card) to park in the street next to the hotel, for maybe 1/3 the cost.The furniture is a little dated, but very functional. It's not the Ritz, but it's just right for the price. We had a great view of the Tivoli Gardens amusement park from our window.

Great , lovely, wonderful

I love the overhead flat shower head which falls a plenty of hot water like raining. There were many croissant/coffee stops close-by. Wifi speed is ok as long as no huge data transaction is involved.
