Beautiful small hotel, friendly staff and an amazing bed ! Really good size room - deluxe size

Beautiful hotel, in perfect location for walking distance to whatever you fancied. Very kind and friendly staff, sophisticated bar within the hotel.

The room was clean. Working the heater was complicated. The staff was very helpful. It is in a beautiful part of town, near the longest shopping street in Europe. Highly recommended!

Only downside is trying to get to the hotel as it’s in a pedestrian zone

Staff were really good. Location couldn't be better and the hotel building was beautiful. Rooms were a bit small and bathroom door was see through which is the only criticism. Didn't affect the stay and. We're looking forward to returning

The room had everything you could need but was pretty small. Sadly the plumbing from other rooms was noisy in our room

Didn’t stay for breakfast, staff were good bar was good only downside was the room wasn’t ready till 3 pm which was inconvenient.

The room was large, bright and airy. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large and the shower was fabous. Also, the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Close to everything staff was amazing. Bed was not a queen but a double. Wrong information.

Loved Bordeaux, Loved this hotel! It is beautiful and the balcony made our stay! The staff was exceptional and went above and beyond helping us when we had a problem. 5 stars!

The staff at the front desk were very helpful, many times, with our questions. They offered many good ideas for activities and helped us find specific stores. They explained the tram system and sold us tickets. They were happy people and very polite.

We loved everything about this hotel except the small and thin towels. Whatever detergent they are using makes the towels very rough. Perhaps the hotel invest in much higher quality towels.

This hotel was my favorite part of Bordeaux. The staff were kind, encouraging my still developing French with patience, and offering suggestions to make my trip more enjoyable. Coming back each day was like coming home. Merci beaucoup.

Great location. Friendly staff. 4th floor was very quiet. Bar was beautiful. Hotel organized a taxi to airport. Uber is a little walk to pick up spot. Bathroom good.. a little crowded. Bath, big shower, separate toilet and two sinks. Location is very very good
