It seems as if people could possibly be living there. There are grills in the back of the property, trash strewn about. Very unkept in the back patio area. Food debris about, empty beer bottles/cans/ and cigarette butts. People were smoking marijuana in the back court yard and in the property itself. You can smell it all in the first floor hallways. I did tell reception, not sure what was done about it. For where the property is located, you would think it would be cleaner. It's not because of renovations, it's just trash.

This hotel needs to be closed down. It is very unsafe. Dog friendly means any dog. If they bark consistently , no problem. Took the stsirs due to the shape of the elevators. No covers on electrical outlets. No closet for hanging clothes. Very surprised Expedia is even associated with this Hotel.

There are no hair dryers in the room. No place to put your items in the shower other than the floor. Very few outlets to charge electronics. No USB outlets.

This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The outside trash can was over flowing with garbage and on the ground. The hotel lobby was old looking and walls were scuffed up. The elevator was filthy with water all over the floor and trash on the floor. The other elevator was out of order. The carpet in the room has multiple stains everywhere and was very dirty. There was debris and trash behind the night stands. All of furniture was old and scuffed up. The top lock on the door was busted. The dresser with the TV on it wasn't dusted and was dirty. The air conditioner was very loud. The noise level was terrible. There is no insulation in the walls. This hotel needs a total remodel or tear down. It was overall nasty, smelly and very old looking. The person who gave me my room keys was nice, but even she said the hotel was in bad shape.

My stay was fine, I wanna brag on Anna, the sweet and kind women who checked me in. I checked in and she gave me a room so I went to it and first thing I noticed as soon as I opened the door the room smelt terrible and didn’t have couch in the room or a Roku tv . So I just went to the front desk again and just kindly asked Anna if there was any possible way she could replace me in another room just so I can use the Roku. I didn’t say anything about anything else bc I simple wanted to have the Roku tv in my room. This kind women said yes I can do that I’m just not sure which rooms have that for sure. I said I’ve stayed here two other times so I kno two doo just not sure which room number. So she kindly proceeded and found me a room that had what I asked for with no hesitation. I truly appreciated her willingness and kindness to go above and beyond for me. Sometimes it’s really just the little things in life that truly stand out and matter. Also we always pay for the late check out bc it’s genius and so thankful you all have that option for guests except we have had this happen twice to us. A little before one we will start loading our vehicle up and sometimes it may take one or more trip so we come back and try tonuse our key car and it doesn’t let us back in. I don’t kno maybe it’s supposed to be that way but just putting it out there mainly bc it just confuses me. But over all great stay and so far both of the employees I have talked with have been absolutely wonderful.

Second time staying there in the last 2 weeks. Not bad for the price. Only issue was the A/C not cooling enough and a broken curtain and couldn’t shut to block the outside light. Renovations look a little bit slow.

Toilet wouldn’t flush so moved rooms. In new room the shower wouldn’t drain, floor and nightstand were wet. Breakfast was terrible. Doing renovations and carpet was old but they were working on it

Our stay was fine for what it was. We just needed a place to sleep for the night. We would not stay here if it was for longer than that. It was decent but super dated. Water pressure was great. There was a spot of the bed cover but did not report it.

About two weeks before we got there I asked for a walk-in shower because my both my knees were replaced and on the first floor we checked in. They were trying to put me on the third floor. Finally they found a room on the first floor when we got in the room had a tub not a walk-in shower

For a 2 star hotel, the prices are outrageous. We stayed at a weekend when the city was full due to a rowing competition but… Don’t expect a 3 star experience here. Everything you can think of needs an update/upgrade/upkeep except the plants outside (you can’t upgrade nature haha). But one thing for sure, please let someone know that one of their staff MUST put on some deodorant. False fire alarm, toilet leaking, if the next door room guest takes a shower, expect a terrible shower experience, wake up really early if you want regular water pressure when showering. I could go on but… my flight is taking off.

The property is an older building but it was fine. I would like to see some variety in the breakfast choices. Have 2 choices of meats like bacon or sausage. Have some bagels, potatoes, yogurt, Also have sugar free syrup for the waffles.
