sofa bed was totally fecked. i don't know if there was a 500 lbs person or a ganbang on it, but the thing was destroyed and i had a sore neck and back from the broken springs and torn canvas making it very un flat. i complained to staff, she said she'd let maintenance department know. other than that place was ok. breakfast selection and quality was not bad.

Everything was good. Staff was friendly and room was clean.

Breakfast was small and rooms were a little dated but everything was very clean and staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Hotel is very quiet and well cared for! We stayed in a more updated room this time which was great. River view is beautiful!

Our stay was comfortable at the Best Western. Staff are lovely and helpful. The room we stayed in had an odor (probably from the rug). The room was dated and smelled stale even possibly of smoke. Great water pressure in the shower and the bathroom had an exhaust fan! Yay! Needs a refresh. Didn't use any of the amenities but saw other guests using the pool and gym.

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Perfect for my stay. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice room and service

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The housekeeper was so sweet when I asked for extra towels, coffee, etc.

Family trip, think we just found our #1 stay in Ptbro. Finally found a pool that wasn't cold, hot tub was like it should be. Breaky was good.

Great location, price and breakfast! Enjoyed the pool and the staff were pleasant. Limited TV stations available, but that wasn’t our primary reason for staying.

We had a great stay! It was quiet, clean and organized. I felt safe with my two little ones, who loved swimming, and we very excited about the complimentary hot chocolate. It was a great stay-cation for us. We will absolutely return.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the TV was big screen with good picture! The pool and hot tub were also enjoyable. I will definitely return.
