Family friendly although have lots young children running around. Check in staff could have been a bit more welcoming

This was a great spot for kids ! They loved the pool so much. Buffet included was also a great option for families with lots of choice. I found the hotel room overall was clean aside from a bit of dust on some shelves and the drawers needing a good wipe. The building is well kept aside from the door handles for some reason, ha ! Felt like they’re all loose and hard to open. Overall it was great and we’ll definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful experience. I will only comment on the breakfast area for which there seemed to be very limited seats & some guests aren’t that considerate that even though they are done and just chatting over coffee, they prefer to hang out despite seeing other guests standing & waiting for tables.

The breakfast was alright but was good for the accommodation and price of my stay. House keeping staff are very friendly and good. One issue is we didn't know when they were coming to clean our rooms and we needed to return- this happened at around 10 am.

The property was quiet. I thought I had booked a room with a balcony but apparently had not selected the correct one or it was unclear at the time of booking. The staff were unable to help or offer anything in lieu. The parking was terrible. There were not enough spaces for vehicles and you had to park on the side of the road on the one way street behind the inn. I had a lot of anxiety leaving my car there as it is a very narrow road. I woke up early the next day just to make sure I could move it. The breakfast was average. Overall it was a 3/5. The staff were friendly for the most part and service was fairly quick. It seems to be taking a long time to get my deposit back though. My kids loved the pool and everything was fairly clean.

It was exactly what we were looking for! A place to chill after ski days. It was perfect our family of 5. We also stayed with 2 other families. This hotel is very family friendly. Also pet friendly. Waterslide was awesome! They have pool towels at the pool entrance. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind. There were kids running around everywhere, so if that bothers you, you might not want to stay here. The only con was that it can be hard to find available parking if you try to park later in the evening. We would definitely return!

Overall, it was a lovely stay. It is a tad far from the town centre for walking but it was do-able. Staff was wonderful!

Always love staying here. ( my 7-8th time) This time had a king with jacuzzi tub. Very enjoyable as there were a lot of kids using pool and hot tub area. Love the in room fireplace. I usually have nothing but good things to say but I feel like certain attention to detail was missed. No coffee cups for the in room coffee. The breakfast was enjoyable but the quality has gone down ( eggo waffles compared to nice belgian style ones, mccain potato patties compared to hash brown potatoes) there was also zero fruit or hard boiled eggs available as well as no yogourts just a giant bowl of plain. The bedding was kinda slapped on, matress cover didnt cover mattress. Furniture is becoming worn and dated. The staff are top notch. Always friendly and hard working, especially the breakfast area when there are kids everywhere.

We were pleasantly surprised to receive a bottle of wine from Expedia. Thank you very much was not expecting that. The hotel was just fine.

Hotel was easy to find location, and close proximity to rest of services. Staff were friendly and upsized to King (honeymoon-like) suite for free, with bottle of wine. Free parking. Room had balcony with perfect view of mountains; jacuzzi was wonderful; lots of space in room; quiet overall in hotel; gas fireplace was very useful and comforting. Bed was good overall. Bathroom could use a few more hooks/towel bar holders. Swimming pool was 5’5”deep, good size/lots of room, fast Waterslide, hot tub, sauna- all were great. This is a very good hotel overall and we would stay there again, especially because of the pool. Thank you!

The hotel was very clean, lovely hard working staff. The pool area was clean and a pleasant environment. Breakfast was excellent and nothing too much trouble for the staff. A well located hotel, tremendous views, safe and quiet. Will definitely return, I hope soon! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Rooms were comfortable and the views were beautiful. I enjoyed having a gas fireplace to warm up beside and a balcony to sip my coffee in the morning while taking in the mountain view. Parking is not great but thankfully I was able to get a spot on the property. There were two snow piles that took up two parking spots which would have been great if they were open. They have a great continental breakfast!

It was great except for the parking situation.

The staff that was helping us during check in was not accommodating & looks tired. The other queen bed was with 5 hair & we asked them to change it.

Didn’t know about the pet fee until check in. Whirlpool spa missing tiles and grout, water slide has rust. Cannot leave your pet unattended at all even to go have breakfast in the hotel. My feet were filthy after walking around the room without my sandals on when we first arrived, I thought that the hotel would have cleaned the floors but I guess not. I won’t stay here again. I have stayed here off and on for over 15 years and this was my last visit.
